My favorite small drugstore ever!I have been using them for 9 years and they have never let me down. Everyone there is very personable and goes out of their way to help you at the drop of a hat! Like most small drug stores, prices can be a little high, and selection a bit small. Yet they have most everything you could need within reason. The pharmacy has always been amazing and they work very hard for their customers! Highly recommend!

Hey you guys are trying your best, but I am worried about the strong smell of mold that emanates from everywhere as soon as you enter the building. I hope something can be done about that, for the health of the customers and the staff.

Not even one star they can't keep driver and they can't even let there customers know when they don't have a driver instead have him sit and wait all day not a star but a big fat sucks

As a longtime customer I switched to another Kinney’s when I moved further out of town. That was a disaster, repeatedly for 3 yrs. Glad to be back to my usual pharmacy with a knowledgeable and dedicated staff that know who I am when I walk in. Thanks for making my life easier!

Kinney Drugs, on Cayuga street, is wonderful. Small town feel. It's mixed into a nice neighborhood. No drive thru, closes at 6, not open on Sundays. Excellent pharmacy service. I can be a difficult customer and they have been wonderful. They will even deliver!

Everybody knows that” “Well i got some last month.” “Yeah, well we found some last month.” “You could have called Wednesday when the doctor phoned it in, i could have talked to them, but now it’s Saturday.” “We don’t bother to call people because everybody knows it’s out of stock.” “I didn’t know, and the doctor didn’t know” “Uhhhh, well, everybody knows it’s out of stock.” “Right.
