The representative was very friendly. She did what she was trained to do. She followed every to the book. My only problem was it was very expensive to file my taxes which it shouldn’t be. If it wasn’t for the representative taking an initiative to help me out. I would have been paying $200 more unnecessary cost should have been. It’s ridiculous to pay to get your taxes done at a large amount. I still ended up paying a lot. Jackson Hewitt needs to know that tax payers need their money also. You never know what we are going through. This is my last time filing with Jackson Hewitt. I just had an emergency where I needed money right away. I’ve been approved but I’m still waiting to get that small amount.

I was doing my taxes at the last hour before they closed they took care of me I’m so thankful for having a Jackson Hewitt tax service near me! I will use them again next year!
