Love the storage unit. Very clean inside the unit and very polite owners. I give it a 5 star because this was the easiest experience I've ever had with any storage unit. I reached out and I had it in less then 2 hours. They are definitely on top of everything.

Very convenient they called me when I had a late payment to make sure everything was ok. The area was always perfectly clean and I never had a problem getting into my unit. PLUS they let me keep the very sturdy lock that came with the unit!

Need a multi-year or seasonal options ~ this is the go-to storage option in the Ithaca area. Responsive customer service, ease of use and convenient location.

This is a clean, well maintained facility. The Hilker's are a pleasure to do business with. If I needed a storage unit inn the Ithaca area, this is the first place I would go to.

We rented a small unit from ideal self storage last year, and just finished our rental made. I have been very pleased with the folks from this company. They have been excellent communicators throughout the process and I was pleasantly surprised to see my security deposit return so probably after we completed our rental. I recommend them highly.

I was robbed of over 2000 dollars worth of stuff here and they never returned my phone inquiries about if there was video footage or not. No follow up of any kind.

I needed a storage unit on short notice and Ideal Self Storage worked perfectly for me! I just had to drive to the kiosk, fill out my information, and was able to start moving things in immediately. Moving out was a very easy process and they got my deposit back to me in only a couple days. Great service!

This is the best storage facility I've ever used. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, the units are clean (no mildew smell, like some have), and everything is well-maintained. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
