Excellent excellent experience at a fair price. Danielle is always there to answer any questions you may have, and always provides top notch service. The storage units are well made and the climate controlled building is always a comfortable temperature. The unit preserved multiple furniture items of mine for over a year. Highly recommend!

The people that own this storage company were very professional and helpful. I had a large unit, a small unit, and a climate controlled unit for about a year. All were well constructed and secure. Once, during the winter, my key broke off in the lock and Sharon got somebody there right away to cut the lock off, no charge. I would definitely use I-Deal storage again if I ever need storage again.

Our experience with I-Deal was entirely great. There's a no contact kiosk to register, the prices were reasonable, and all of the business has been conducted by e-mail - we never met with a human, and that's great.The storage locker was clean, we saw no sign of critters or anything like that. The lock was good - and we got to keep it afterwards, which, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it, but it's a nice solid lock.A+ service, if we ever need a storage locker again, will use.

I-Deal was so helpful anytime I needed anything. The storage lockers are clean and have the space I needed. It was super easy to access 24 hours a day and super easy to check out when I was finished. I will certainly use them again if I need storage.

This place is super clean. Sharon was really patient when I called to inquire about the unit. It is about a 20 minute drive from Cornell, but the scenery is lovely compared to Texas so I enjoyed it. I was so worried about rodents and bugs, but found nothing of that sort after storing my sons's belongings for 4 months. Sharon even checked on my unit after a week and discovered I had not locked it properly. I mailed her the key overnight and she locked it up for me and returned it to me. What a relief to find nothing was stolen. It's well-lit, and safe. Highly recommend.
