518 Stewart Ave, Ithaca“Perfect location for people visiting Cornell/ Ithaca, the Woman at the front desk was amazing and very knowledgeable and was a great welcoming to our stay. The lobby/ lounge was very comfortable and made you feel like at home. They also had some very cool convenient drinks on tap that you could scan your room card and get a drink that would just charge to your room!! The room was very modern cozy rustic, very clean and just overall a great experience, am excited to stay here again in the future!!”
“My partner of nearly 10 years (now my husband!) got married at Argos in June 2024. It was such an incredible weekend! From the initial arrangements a year out to the final hours of our 'big day' the Argos staff was an absolute joy to work with. So accommodating. So prompt with answering questions. Such attention to detail. Professionalism. Kindness. And always always the best vibes. If you're looking for a stunning place to host an event look no further than here! Marietta will bring your vision to life!”
“Great student run hotel. Service was genuine & great. Perfect location if you’re visiting Cornell. The physical property is ok, but is nearing the need for renovation compared to modern, newer hotels.”

36 Cinema Dr, Ithaca“We had the most incredible experience during our check in with Miss Jen at the front desk. She was the most professional, helpful, and compassionate team member that I’ve encountered in all my years with this brand line. She absolutely took care of the Flanagan family who had just ended our record long road trip. Promote and retain at all costs! She is great.”

222 S Cayuga St, Ithaca“What would have been a 1 star or less review turned into a 5 star. The king suite we booked was not in good shape. When we brought this to the manager’s attention she ( Heather Elizabeth) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted. She found us even better rooms. Her handling of the situation could not have been better and it really made our stay here absolutely wonderful. Great location, great amenities. Would recommend.
Rooms: Excellent, clean and simple rooms.
Nearby activities: Shopping, dining, bars
Walkability: In the heart of downtown. Five minute walk to restaurants and shops.”
“We were there as a place for ourselves and our guests to stay while we celebrated the marriage of our daughter to our son-in-law. We had clean, comfortable rooms and appreciated the included continental breakfast. However, the standouts were the exceptional service of front desk people Marhea (not misspelled) and Stephanie! <3
Rooms: Our two rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room had more than enough space for us and our belongings (which included a large cooler and other items necessary for a wedding celebration at the nearby, most-excellent "Celebrations" venue.) We also liked the high ceilings and the look of the fireplace in our room!
Noteworthy details: Marhea and Stephanie were so professional, so kind, and very willing to do whatever they could to help make our stay a happy and memorable one.”
“the location of the hotel was perfect! it’s right by watkins glen state park, ithaca falls, buttermilk falls, cornell, and the town in ithaca is perfect for walking around and shopping. it is also pretty close to taughannock falls. the hotel room was very clean but the only downside was that the flooring of the room would make the bottom of your feet or socks black. something that was not advertised on the website which i was super happy about was that the rooms on the first floor have a door which leads out to the parking lot so you can park outside of your room, this was so perfect because we were able to easily go outside whenever we wanted fresh air. the breakfast was a good selection and the staff was very friendly and helpful especially all the women receptionists and the older gentleman who i believe does maintenance. this hotel felt extremely safe and is very affordable for its location and amenities. there are not microwaves in the rooms at least the one i stayed in but there is one in the breakfast room that you can use. my friends and i used the microwave passed midnight on the night we checked in with no problems from anyone. i loved this hotel and would definitely go back again if i ever went back to ithaca because of its affordable price and amazing location. there are so many shopping centers up the road from the hotel which made it very convenient to buy groceries and go to restaurants. i definitely recommend this hotel, i had a great experience.”

2303 N Triphammer Rd, Ithaca“I thought the room I stayed in was fair. No evidence of bedbugs as many others have mentioned. In fact it looks like they may have remodeled recently. Aside from some cleanliness/ maintenance issues (toilet, dust, etc), it was a comfortable stay.”
“Such a cool little hotel! My wife and I stayed here for two nights in June, and it is now one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. The location is great - quiet but still close to the lake, parks, and restaurants. The main window of our room was huge and facing the woods behind the motel, so we spent our mornings watching deer, groundhogs, and all kinds of birds, including woodpeckers. They have a really cool assortment of things you can order via text, like beer, wine, snacks, truffles, and souvenirs (we bought a very cute branded “do not disturb” sign), and they provided a little s’mores kit free of charge. We also loved their list of restaurant and bar recommendations. Any time we interacted with the owners, they were super friendly and helpful. It’s very clear how much thought and love they put into the motel and their guests’ experience. They are marked as LGBTQ friendly on Google and that was definitely our experience. We will probably take another trip to Ithaca just to stay at Grayhaven Motel again!”
