801 W State St, Ithaca“Good local lumber yard and hardware store. Staff is exceptionally competent and knowledgeable. Deep knowledge of their product lines and easy ordering and delivery service.”
“I came here to get keys copied. ACE is the only place in Ithaca that actually copies keys on a manual cutter. If you go to Lowe's or any of those 7-11 kiosk type things you get a shitty laser cut from a scan and 9.9 times out of 10 they don't work! I had 5 copies made at ACE and every single one was perfect! I needed a few other things and the staff was super helpful getting me exactly what I needed! If you need things done right go to ACE!”
“Associate's are courteous, friendly and helpful. We found what we were looking for easily, store is clean and organized and the prices are good. A good place to shop.”

410 Elmira Rd, Ithaca“Coolest Home Depot experience to date with the dynamic duo Bonnie and Clyde.. I mean Bonnie and Mike, in the paint department! They made picking out paint fun and easy. Hey Home Depot…Mike deserves a raise. This is a man who loves his job and speaks highly of his employer. That is so rare to find nowadays! We had a really fun conversation with him and he agreed to come check out our local business to make a skydive. We are holding you to that promise, Mike!!
I would have totally given five stars if not for the rude woman at the front of the store who has given us a hard time twice at the check out in the past week. It is not the customer’s fault that Home Depot doesn’t tag things properly, and should not be up to the customer to run back and take photos of codes on the shelf to prove the price to them. We found the item in question in their system and she swore up and down there was “no way it was that cheap”. We then had to run back and forth multiple times to the garden section to show that we weren’t trying to rip off Home Depot for six dollars, when we spend thousands a year here!
No need for the rudeness on your way out when there’s such cool people working in the rest of the store!”
“Awesome thrift shop to skim through. We try to go once a month or so to see what's new. Like any thrift store, the selection is hit or miss but, I can't believe people would really complain about that. They can only sell what they are provided. We've found a lot of cool gems here over the years and I like that they support the community in various ways. Happy to shop and donate here.”
“This place reminds me of a country store for the farm. Of course there is all the pleasant stuff, food & supplies for all animals, dirt, outdoor living and etc. They also have some home decor and surprises here and there. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are good. I like it here.”

130 Fairgrounds Memorial Pkwy, Ithaca“Lowe’s came through for me !!!
They fought for me for my countertops to be rescheduled and were great with follow up.
Stone central sent Alex, victor and Karen on the following Monday. They were absolutely wonderful. Stayed for hours until the job was done right. Love them.”
“As a party tent business owner myself, I understand the stresses and busyness that this time of year brings. I work very well with Taylor Rental and their team and whenever I am running low on party supplies they are always willing to help me out. The face of their office and the lady on the other end of the line, Marie is amazing and will bend over backwards to give me or any of her customers the best rental experience possible. Thank you for all you do and I look forward to working with you guys for years to come!”
“A few months ago I purchased an item and needed to return it for a refund, Brenda and Brandon who work at the Ithaca location in the lawn equipment department were fantastic and provided great customer service. I hope the owner sees this because these two represented Agway in a very positive manner. Thank you Brenda and Brandon for helping me through this process!”
