“I'm not much for leaving reviews online , but my experience with Josh today was beyond exceptional ! When I arrived at the register he asked if I found everything okay , and after I told him I did not , he asked me why . After I explained what I was really looking for , he offered really great alternate suggestions and I happened to leave the store MORE than satisfied !After he rang my things up he offered me a rewards card and I said I didn't want one .After he rang me up he helped me bring my things to my car! I had a lot of stuff!So i told him I decided to get a rewards card because with service like that, I will be coming back !he explained the specs of the card so well in a way that was understandible and not overwhelming . such fantastic service !My visit there exceeded my expectations !”

“Got this delivered considering the covid. First time trying this place and it's not bad. Chicken are very crispy and juicy, and still very hot when I received them. However the chicken are a bit salty for me, and I'd say it's more salty than Popeyes or KFC. The waffle fries are a must try tho! Will order from this place again.”

“I love that this is one of the few stores open all night and the people are usual friendly when I go in. However last night I went there and didn't know that they have different hours. Not sure if they are just temporary , but even if they aren't I think they should update the hours on here so people are aware . They are short on staff and they are closed at midnight and reopen at 5 am.”

“This is the one and only gas station I go to in town. Its member card saves you 10c per gallon and gives you 10% off everything in the convenient store. The savings are great for an Uber driver like me and the discount on snacks for my riders is a bonus.”

“I love not getting out of my car! I have one of their cards which gives me pennies off the going price. The staff is grateful to have our business. It is easy to get out onto the road using the Meadow Street exit due to the timing of the traffic lights.”

“I mean ther's always room for improvements. But, twice I shopped on Cayuga St. and used points for a free fresh fresh brewed international cup of coffee and two slices of cheezy pizza for $1.62. Customer service from store managers was great! I was recognized as a team player and exec. - people in the store were watch my sales and service techniques- one guy from another vendor company said- 7-Eleven mgt. teaches and trains.

“The new manager made my day yesterday. The moment I walked through the door, she greeted me with a huge smile on her face. I really needed that today, really. She brought hope back in to my day. She listened to my troubles and genuinely cared. She didn't know me and still took the time to comfort me and show a little empathy. Her actions reminded me that there really ARE good people out there. She even hugged me. She was what this store has needed for a long time. Great job on this one. “This is a gas station, so it's a good place if you need gas. It's right off 13 as you come into downtown from the North side, so super convenient to get in and out of as your passing by.”
