Cortney was polite as well as knowledgeable and most helpful to make my experience as easy without having any worry of leaving my belongings behind. The space I was provided with was clean and just what I wanted. It was a great experience.

Cost went up and up over the months. 15-day billing and late fee are punitive. Look elsewhere for a better deal.

Spoke w rep on several occasions and reserved a unit. Called to reconfirm for college move out and they can’t find reservation. Terrible customer service and completely unreliable. Would never recommend this storage company for the stress they caused.

Storage Sense Ithaca epitomizes incompetence and indifference, displayed by their district manager, Melinda Hernandez. Her callous demeanor and utter lack of professionalism make her a disgrace to the industry. Not only did Storage Sense Ithaca continue to charge my account after I closed my unit, but they also had the audacity to blame a terminated employee for their own shortcomings. Not only do they not tell you or inform or post outside how to properly close your account, but they also refuse to admit their own wrongdoing.
Despite admitting fault, Hernandez refuses to rectify the situation, displaying a stunning lack of empathy towards struggling college students like myself. Even laughing on the phone when I expressed that I would like to further escalate this matter to a supervisor. It's clear that customer satisfaction means nothing to Storage Sense, as they prioritize their bottom line over basic decency.
In a world where customer service should be paramount, Storage Sense Ithaca and its manager, Melinda Hernandez, stand as shining examples of what not to do. Save yourself the headache and avoid this heartless establishment at all costs. She also refused to refund me for this month after formerly promising on the phone yesterday she would.
Every other employee at storage sense Ithaca is kind and decent.

I have never dealt with a storage company that is this unprofessional with such poor customer service. After paying for a unit for a year and a half and had an emergency they not only wouldn't help me by making one phone call their attitude was basically " tough acct"
