Zach from Finger Lakes Wrecker was the best case scenario that could have happened for me in my time of need. I called him for a tow, but he was such a good mechanic that immediately when I described my problem to him he immediately knew what I needed, and what to do. My car would not shift into any other gear except neutral, wouldn’t park, and wouldn’t start. When we were done, he drove it himself to the place that could hook me up with the repair and part I needed. This was all done after he called every auto parts store in Ithaca for a customer he just met. We need more good people in this world and people like Zach let me know that we do have some. Thank you man.

This dude arrived and helped me out BIG time. He saved me from an absolute mess of a day just by being competent. Super friendly, too. I highly recommend that if you need a tow, this is who you call because you may end up just driving away.

Lost my brakes turning onto Seneca St off of State St. Called AAA and Patrick arrived promptly. He was extremely friendly and calmed me down. My car got hooked up quickly and towed to my mechanic. Definitely recommend Patrick and Finger Lakes Wreckers if you need a tow

My 98 Jeep GC needed a tow, and Patrick was very knowledgeable about the model so he helped figure out the problem. Then also loaded up and towed quick.

I love this company. Second time i have used them- they answer the phone quickly, and show up quickly as well. Patrick is very helpful and knowledgeable! Love working with them!!!!!

This was quite unpleasant, honest mistake on my part but my truck got towed, I didn’t get any kind of warning or nothing I only found out when I called police. I had to pay $276 and for an 18yo student that’s a lot, however they only excepted cash as I was told to get my truck out but the man told me he had no change and was happy to just take $14 extra that I did not owe, in my book that’s stealing, however I was able to find some cash in my truck and I sorted it out but if you only take cash maybe require your employees to carry change so people aren’t getting robbed. I’m a very kind person and I never like leaving bad reviews but this is unacceptable. If he had taken the money from me that I did not owe him I would’ve reported this to police. It’s simply not okay.

Called Finger Lakes Wrecker Service when my wife's car wouldn't start. Patrick came out promptly and provided some insights into the problem. My daughter was excited to see the tow truck, and he even talked to her about Paw Patrol and showed her how the truck worked. Patrick provided an incredible service, I'd absolutely call again.

The driver towed my car out of a ditch on a hill, and the road was very icy. He towed me to the bottom of the hill to prevent me from sliding again. He was an awesome help.

My parking brake was stuck locked on. Patrick came out early in the morning to help me, even while it was freezing out he lifted my car with a jack, removed a wheel, got down on the ground and attempted to unseize the brake. He helped me navigate local repair shops and rentals when we determined my car couldn’t be fixed on the spot. I’ll definitely be calling Finger Lakes Wrecker again.
