I shipped some frozen deer meat after having it processed and packaged total cost for 2 deer was $300.00 i was sending some home to Massachusetts for my father. Was shipped 1/4/23 got overnight shipping $204.00 more. About 7:20 pm i get a notification that shipment is delayed now i only put enough dry ice in there for around 28hrs and its still sitting in the Indianapolis hub it is now 12:30 friday.For the love of god do not use this company i went against my better judgement for convenience i allways use ups and in 8yrs ive never had an issue with ups. And to get a real person through customer service is a whole other mess with there automated system its horrible,then once you do get a real person they give you the run around. Fedex will never get another penny from me

Fedex not only delivered my package to my neighbors house but I also recieved security camera video from my neighbor of them throwing the package on the porch

I paid FedEx $95.94 for overnight shipping of sensitive documents. FedEx then lost the documents until a trace found the package. FedEx ended up delivering 4 days late. Because the documents were time sensitive I had to send a 2nd set of documents via UPS overnight which were delivered within the UPS stated time. I ended up paying double. I tried to submit a claim for a refund even before the FedEx documents were delivered because the overnight deadline wasn't met. Be aware that FedEx has turned off refunds claiming their late deliveries are due to covid impacts. A FedEx guarantee of overnight delivery has no meaning. The FedEx website has disabled the ability to open a claim.

Quick and helpful. No complaints, is required to wear a mask unless you have a medical reason stating you aren't required to wear one.

Was lied to 4x by staff about where my package was. Come to find out, they had no idea where it was. I had to wait 4 days for my package to finally arrive at the carrier, when I paid $50 for Express shipping.

Terrible service. I brought a digital shipping label and they said there were two labels attached to it so they couldn’t print it. Why would they have two labels with the same digital code.
