The one in Triphammer plaza isn't organized very well. The other one downtown near Walmart is better organized.

I always find what I'm looking for. The aisles have been more neater than usual as well. Workers are kind and friendly.I can easily find what I'm looking for.I mostly come here to get my arts and crafts supplies, great selection of canvases and acrylic paints. I recommend stopping in for that sort of thing, and there's a great selection for kids as well. And I have bought a pair of socks before because I needed them and wanted to see how bad it would be due to the cheap price but the socks are great, they haven't ripped yet either.

Most Dollar Tree stores in this area are kept reasonably clean, well-stacked and organized. This one (in Ithaca, at the Cayuga Shopping Center) is certainly no exception! AND, the staff is very friendly and polite. We also like the one in Cortland.

Really nice Dollar Tree location. The store is very well stocked, with some product not available in store for long. Store is clean and the aisles are wide enough. There is so many items to choose from in the store and all for a dollar, its well worth the visit

I went to this dollar tree on October 28,2020. Went and shopped for over $65 of items. Go to the check out pay with CashApp hit cash back of $50.. swipe my card and for whatever reason it was a glitch in there card system and it said it didn’t go through EVEN AFTER IT IMMEDIATELY ALERTED me on my phone that it went through. Showed them it went on my end it was something wrong with their system. Not only did I have to leave without my items I did NOT GET MY MONEY‼️ spoke with Rob my sister who worked there even called and spoke with him. It went from being returned in 3-5 days to 7/10 days to it will be processed by 30 days I already sent it to corporate. Now we are 2 months later and I still DIDN’T RECEIVE MY REFUND FROM dollar tree. This unacceptable I have wrote corporate already and I have wrote cash app who already informed me the money has to be refunded my you. I will be contacting someone higher up until I am heard.
