I enjoy the savings offered by CVS on my favorite products and on some I've tried because they were on sale and looked good. The employees on the sales floor and behind the cash register have been very helpful in pointing out product location and in helping with checkout. Thanks, CVS!

Great CVS store--good and varied stock, always clean inside, and team members are always helpful, from front line cashiers to pharmacy staff

The worst CVS around. Nothing but idiots that don't know how, or don't want to do, their job! I advise you to take your business anywhere else. I'm obviously not the only one that thinks this way with weather 2 star rating.

CVS is now implementing and mandating self-check-out and associates have been told to not use registers to check out. If it had not been for Richard, who was willing to check me out on a register, using cash, I would have left the store without my products. Richard, as always, the consummate professional patiently explained to other customers having trouble with self-checkout, and others waiting in line, apologized for the wait time, the delay in service, etc. He explained the new mandated self-checkout ONLY policy while checking me out at the register. How he managed to pleasantly explain the policy, while appeasing disgruntled customers with his sincere apologies took a lot of grace and patience. He was also the sole associate in the front of the store. CVS once known for its exceptional customer care, stocked shelves, clear aisles, welcoming and caring associates has deteriorated beyond recognition. As a faithful and generally satisfied customer for over 15 years, and my mother 15 years before that, I am deeply disappointed and am now faced with the decision to find another pharmacy that I can access on foot.

CVS has to be the most frustrating pharmacy that I have ever used. More than 50% of the time they get the date to refill wrong, the times quoted are always unrealistic and they can't seem to grasp my change in insurance so I have the exact same conversation every month. If it wasn't such a convenient location (one block away from my home) I would have switched years ago. The employees are a mixed bag as well---- almost never do they look happy (idc but if you want to work in customer service they should be trained to AT THE VERY LEAST smile at your customer's. While having said that, I understand that they are always short staffed (on purpose to save $$$, or just can't get any applications??? I'd believe either/or), ppl are thrown into positions that they clearly haven't been trained for and JFC if the prices were any higher it could be considered illegal or price gouging. Almost $7 for a small bottle of ranch dressing? $6 for a gallon of milk and almost $7 for coffee creamer......ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND PROOF THAT THEIR BUSINESS PLAN IS GREED, GREED AND MORE GREED. While paying the few employees who remain minimum wage or maybe .25 over minimum. Not cool CVS. NOT COOL, LOOK OUT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS BEFORE YOU HAVE NONE!!@!

Unable to fill basic prescriptions requested multiple weeks in advance that other pharmacies were able to fill in minutes. Poor customer service that wasn’t transparent in the slightest.

I stopped at the drive threw pharmacy and after waiting 20 minutes with no help I press the call button and get finally get yelled at saying be with you when we can and hangs up instantly. The window was ajar so I opened it and asked calmly for an eta as I’ve been waiting 20 minutes. The pharmacy tech yelled at me and using profanity saying they said they would get to me when they can. Then the supervisor come to the window and slammed it shut ignoring anything I had to say. I continued to press a call button until he returned and I asked for a supervisor. He said that’s me. I tried to ask about why the customer service is not so good and I’m being yelled at for asking a simple question after calmly waiting already for 20 minutes. He ignored me completely asking my name and date of birth and was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered. Corporate really needs to visit this store and train these employees how to prioritize customers and rotate desk and drive through if you are short handed or to at least communicate in a proper manner to the customer. Hostility never is the best option and have never been treated with so much disrespect especially for a pharmacy.

I don't frequently post negative reviews, but after patronizing this CVS for a couple years, I can easily say it's the worst experience I've had anywhere. I do not recommend this location, or any other CVS, as they chronically understaff anyway, causing undue stress to their employees.Oftentimes, my prescriptions won't process, and no one answers the phone due to strain. Staff range from poorly trained but polite to extremely rude, again because of horrible corporate decisions and poor management. For those with limited mobility, the parking lot is frequently a mess, including dangerous potholes that are left open for months.

Unbelievably rude male blonde pharmacist. Spoke over us, accused us of asking him to break the law, and didn’t offer to help us or explain things without steam rolling our questions when we tried to fill a RX for our 8 year old. I was stunned and watched this behavior with all of the people in front of me. I immediately called my doctor to change my pharmacy to avoid feeling like this again when I have questions.

Pharmacy staff do not help in person, do not answer the phone, delay monthly prescriptions (1 week delay on migraine meds). Not acceptable.

*WARNING before you choose to go this CVS pharmacy be aware: *This Pharmacists named JOHN he is a "floater" very rude and incompetent. As well Jonathan he is the new pharmacist manager. *Long time on hold when finally waiting more than an hour on the phone you will get a very rude unprofessional response from a Pharmacist technician without knowledge of medical insurances procedures, lack of knowledge in prescribed control substances in general I am very concerned trusting this pharmacy with my health. I am switching to a pharmacy near by Waoooo everything since you walk in the store is clean organized above and beyond 5 starts customer service and also if you call them they treat you with dignity and courtesy. Whether this CVS Pharmacist John again (his is a floater) out of ignorance or a faulty in their system is not a reason to treat customers so poorly. Also count your pills before you leave the store I had 90 tables very expensive and high control substances level IV thanks God I opened the bottle before stepping out when they were only 20 pills. I went back immediately to let them know of this error otherwise I would've lost 80 pills and no way to get them back as soon you step out of that main entrance door you held accountable so be careful. *Also they will compromise your personal privacy vocalizing, and will blurt out yours health, medicine names out loud Ithaca will know what is going on with you. Unbelievable this pharmacy is traumatizing you feel like in a horror movie Brace for impact or don't even think twice before going there. No apologies, no follow up, prescriptions are "ready for pick up" when you get there "READY?? Nope they cannot even find them or it was a mistake which they don't take ownership. They don't have empathy nor kindness for the customers needs Time is valuable and revenue is important to keep a business growing bye CVS you just lost shhh "more than 6k a month in revenue because of 2 of your employees.
