Everyone is very kind, I am treated respectfully, and I really feel like they care about my pet. Also, I always get a fast reply when I contact them.

Dr. Rhinehart and vet tech Carissa are fantastic! They take time with patients and people, are experienced, and communicate well. Plus Dr. Rhinehart went to Cornell Vet School, arguably best in the world ?

The two vets seem exceptionally competent and knowledgeable, are always accessible, friendly, responsive. They have cared well for my dog and my two cats. The techs are also competent and friendly. A pleasure and a reassuring experience: Briar Patch.

Very compassionate and friendly staff. I brought my 6 week old kitten in because he had frequent sneezing and signs of anemia. They did a small blood draw to see what was going on and treated him for fleas. He was put on antibiotics the same day and given a tube of nutritional supplements to give him at home. It all came down to a reasonable price and I can't wait to take hime back for his check-up.

They are great, and very friendly. They were very caring when I brought my animals in. They also were wonderful when one of my dogs passed. They also know how to handle my other dogs as he gets protective of me, and they do his care and stuff when I'm out of the room. I'm very happy I have them caring for my animals.

I’ve lost count of how many years Briar Patch has been my vet. It’s decades. Through all the changes you’d expect over time - doctors, staff, policies, costs - the thing that’s been consistent is their drive to be the best veterinary practice in the area. It’s been very, very rare that I’ve been unhappy with anything, but when I have it’s been addressed right away. I love the care and respectful way Briar Patch treats my pets and me. Highly, highly recommend them.

We have taken our dog Kobe to the Briar Patch hospital for close to four years. About a year and a half ago we found out Kobe had cancer in his throat and probably in other areas as well. We were told that we had limited time with him. Dr Rhinehart discussed different treatment options with us and together we came up with the solution of keeping him as comfortable as possible. My wife and I were lucky to get another 18 months with him. Kobe passed away last week. While my wife and I are both sad we are also happy that we had this time with Kobe. These last 18 months Kobe continued to be a happy and active dog. My wife and I are eternally grateful to the whole staff at Briar Patch Animal Hospital. The staff were always professional, courteous, and most importantly gentle with Kobe.
Thank you all so much!

It's truly amazing and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL that after we went to the trouble of getting all our dog's medial records from 2 separate vets to a so-called specialist of Oriental medicine at Briar Patch Vet Hospital to help our dog live out her last months comfortably, we were just told she is not taking new patients. Of course, we contacted and did all of this work from 2 other vets in LATE MARCH and after I emailed AGAIN asking for updates we were told in EARLY JUNE she is not taking new patients. In our first communication we were put on a "waiting list" because it would take SEVERAL WEEKS for her to go over the records sent. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE - EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL communication!
