The propane gentleman was extremely rude. The woman at the door checking receipts was friendly. I had a problem with the ice cream container I got and the service desk girls ran back and got me a new container with no problem or questions

From the start, this is a club member business with gas discounts and bulk items sold at whole sale. Overall this is on the competitive level of prices offered like Aldis with the quality of Wegmans. To note, no one of the three are better then the other but each can out shine the other in certain categories. What I'm particular about is the better cost efficiency for shredded cheese and frozen fruit they offer.

Not enough help waited 20 minutes for help end up going to regular check out and the guy couldn't figure out what the yellow slip meant so I got pissed off and slammed the Cart with 200 in groceries in it in to the service desk and walked out this store is no better then tops up the road

Y'know, it's all good. My van's fuel tank was almost empty... They had gas... It was a match made in heaven! Seriously, the place was clean, everything worked perfectly, their prices were the best at that time. We go there for gas whenever we go to Ithaca for our shopping, usually once a month. I've never had a bad experience!
