Ed was fantastic! He helped me get peace of mind when the engine lights came on before my 7 hrs. Drive to Ma. His kindness and care of assurance that my car was ok to drive made me feel less anxious about the trek.I wish there were more people like Ed in the world!

Did curbside pickup. Confirmation email said one hour. One and a half hours later still not ready even after going into store. No excuse for such bad service.

I’ve bought decades worth of parts at this location, but today was shocking. I purchases brake pads last week, and the guy gave me 10% off (didn’t ask for it) … When I went to return the unused pads with receipt, and the store manager did not give me a full refund. When I asked why she explained that I received a discount and I had to pay the full discount back since I was returning the item. I noted that I paid $61.70 after the discount (I did not ask to receive), and I should be refunded the full amount. She refused repeatedly, and attempted to gaslight me that I shouldn’t have received the discount and that I wasn’t going to receive a full refund. I suggested we resolve this with giving me the amount I originally spent, and she again declined. The store manager agreed pursuing corporate and a public review was the best course of resolution for my refund.

This place has to be the worst Autozone I've ever dealt with. Hell, I worked for AZ years back. When I worked there you had to pass a test in at least basic automotive knowledge to even be considered.This place seems to hire any idiot off the street.I could get past the complete lack of automotive knowledge across the board seeing as how cars have changed over the list few years.But, the incompetence and inability to even use basic common sense in this place is beyond acceptable.Twice in the last two weeks I've been handed the wrong part. Not only has it been the wrong part but, it's not even close to the right one in part number or appearance.I've lived all around the country and have usually gone to AZ for parts based on convenience alone. I've spent easily over $100k in that place over the years in parts for my vehicles or for customers.They will not get another cent of my money.

A young employee (Initials M.B.) was a great help and resource when I came in to buy a fuse for my truck. I came with the exact information of what I needed. And she lead me right to. Her older male fellow employee was rude and rolled his eyes at my clear request. “can’t do attitude”?

Elmira Rd Ithaca NYStopped down bc I needed help replacing one of my headlights. Derrick was great, he came out to my car, helped me figure out the issue with why it wasn't working, helped me replace the bulb and even took the garbage for me. He was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely recommend AutoZone over Advanced. Thank you again Derrick.
