I highly recommend Lightlink to everyone in the Ithaca NY area. I became a customer in the 1990's when I lived in Mecklenburg and I'm still a customer today - even though I live a bit further away in another time zone.Homer and Jane have always been polite with my questions and concerns and helpful, responsive and informative. Lightlink services are consistent, reliable and worth the price for my needs.

After reading all the attacks on me personally all I can say is I think it shows the morals of this company. I personally say I will not stoop to this level, and demonize people who use Light Link. I used Light Link for many years. The buffering was annoying at times and service call response was slow. Light Link did get us a connection. I think you are a better man than this to write the these things about myself and others. Do not let anger get the best of you. It is nice you finally pumped a little more juice in your network. I think 400 megs is better than the past 100 megs from Spectrum. I applaud you investing more. It is still spread a little thin and attacking another's network is down right wrong. To set the record straight the Hill Top Rd. and the proximity was not to spite you. The problem the false promise of speed, and Scott's shotty design to the resident. He did the same thing when he strapped a device to a window with velcro. When someone provides real speed, has proven what great speeds are and that customer loss is at 1 person due to direct interference. I am not d*** and I won't lower myself to putting up devices and cameras to spy on where Lightlink is deploying. Do not say it is for security because you did not need one pointing at the residents of Vanbuskirk Rd., or at someone's home to watch what A.F's next move is while kids are just playing in the yard. You have been served a cease and desist letter you ignored for now. Please Please stop the lies, the slandering because it is not hurting anyone but yourself. I honestly did not want to write this; to ignore this conduct is approving this kind of surveillance . The cameras creeped people out. I won't mention the person's name where the one camera was but thank you for making lightlink take the camera down when it was brought to your attention. Light Link I wish you the best. God bless you, scott and jane. I hope you all find your way to a path of peace.

Thank you for the response. And I have noticed the changes in Netflix and other services around 8pm. It’s gotten a lot better than when I wrote the review. The only thing I can think of for issues and improvements are the download and upload speed along with the latency. I’m running between 134-914ms all throughout the day

I've been using Lightlink for about 3 years now out in Danby. I've always gotten quick responses from Homer or Jane. Homer sent Bill out to take a look at my setup. It's great having a local guy come out to do the work. He was really familiar with their system and worked really hard to get the necessary network equipment optimized. In my experience it's hard to find hardworking and reliable people to do contract-type work, so I really appreciated having Bill work on my setup.

We have used Lightlink for some years now and had excellent service, from 2 different setups, to prompt replies to technical difficulties, and even when there were issues with our payments due to credit card theft. Homer, Jane, and Scott are the best!

No, problems here we did not have any internet service at the far end of Newfield I am glad Lightlink came to the rescue. Scott is always ready to help.
