I have had cataracts for years and was too afraid to have them removed until I could no longer see out of one eye. I had Dr. Zablocki for surgery today on the first eye and I feel silly for how scared I was. The procedure was painless. Thestaff at surgicare was great. Arleo's office is big but very efficient and made everything very easy. Thanks for making that so easy.
I just had the second eye done and I can say the same great things about Dr. Zablocki and surgicare.

Rude unfriendly atmosphere!
Staff is unprofessional and bicker in front of patients. The office manager is a joke!

Dr. Conroy is an amazing eye doctor. She listened thoroughly and I can tell she systematically went through the possibilities and eye tests to diagnose my eye issue. I will be recommending her to family and friends that need to see an experienced eye doctor with great bedside manner

For those with cataracts that have seriously compromised their vision, this review is for
YOU! Get the VIVITY lenses. Are they more expensive? Yes. Are they worth it? Every darn penny!!!! I went to Dr Arleo after being dismissed by another eye doctor. I was told my cataracts weren’t so bad.. I just needed to buy stronger lenses. I was frustrated, and disheartened. Not to mention how dangerous driving at night had become. I’m not even 60 yet! I knew my vision was compromised. Sure enough, Dr Stockwin saw right away how clouded my vision had become. Dr Arleo verified that diagnosis. Lense replacements were necessary. I chose the VIVITY because being able to see distance, midrange and close up with weak cheaters after wearing strong trifocals was an opportunity that was worth it. I’m a day out from my second eye and my world has changed. My eyes are adjusting more and more easily and I don’t have to wear weak cheaters unless I am looking at tiny writing. The clarity is getting better daily. It may take me some time to pay them off, but having my vision back and not buying expensive trifocals makes that decision SO worth it. Thank you to all the folks at Arleo. My vision has reopened my world. I am more grateful than words can say.

I had a challenging experience with the front desk staff while trying to schedule an eye exam appointment. I felt that they were not forthcoming with the necessary information and often diverted the conversation to unrelated topics. It was one of the worst interaction I've had with front desk personnel.

Been a PT for years. Have had excellent service. I have a long history of problems with my eyes and they have helped me with it.

Second time there never again. The first time i went it took almost 2-hours before they where done; thats fine first visit. I paid up front done and over with, good to go.. Fast forward 1 year and i go for a checkup, i go in pay my co-pay get looked at and am out the door. about a week later i get a bill saying i owe my co-pay.. nope mistake, i already paid it. tried to call and could get through.. Fast forward to now and my $25 copay is now a $45 bill. $20 on top of my $25 copay because i didn't pay it for them fast enough? The other issue i have is they knew what they would be doing when i went in how did they not know id need to pay a second co-pay.. Also why is a test i had last year now all of. sudden not covered. Needles to say i will NEVR go back to this place. I should have listened to my family and friends when they said these people where hacks but i figured i was safe since i was just getting simple exams.

Our experiences with both the front desk and the billing department were terrible. We were billed for services we didn't want. Billing team never would pick up phone or return messages. This whole place feels like a factory operation.

I had a disappointing experience with the doctor today. They seemed preoccupied, chatting with someone else for quite a while before attending to my eye examination. Their attitude left much to be desired, and they left as soon as they finished speaking. It almost seemed like they were in a rush to grab lunch. I expected better from this place.

Take your business elsewhere, I have never been so upset after an appointment. I visited for a stye and was forced to do vision tests. I asked to not have my eyes dilated since a stye does not have to do with my vision but rather my eyelid. As a student, I cannot miss hours of work due to dilated eyes, especially when I had them dilated just a few months prior at a home clinic. The doctor refused to see me unless my eyes were dialated. I was seen for a total of 3 minutes by the doctor after getting my eyes dilated. An absolute waste of my time and money and a extremely frustrating experience

I highly recommend Arleo’s Optical Department. Carey is awesome. I especially love her selection of frames, excellent customer service, and her expertise with adjusting my glasses. She is also happy to help with frequent adjustments, which with a very active puppy jumping into them all the time, I’m so grateful! :)
