“Very good apartment, I think the price is a great value for the location. Awesome design for a two bedroom (except for having two doors to the same bedroom lol). I wish the buzzer system worked to let guests in without having to go all the way to the back door or downstairs, but I overall have had a great experience.The main thing I would complain about would be that they don't have guaranteed parking passes to the parking garage connected to the building. I had to park my car in a garage down the street for the first 5 months of my lease because the city ran out of passes, even though there were multiple floors with mostly empty spaces. I wish they would make a deal to reserve a certain number of spots for residents like the Marriott does.The only other thing that can be a pain is non-urgent maintenance. It generally takes 2-3 maintenance requests to get something fixed/replaced when it is not an emergency.”

“I will say that the property is a bit old and some apartments need some renovation. However, this is the best management experience I have had so far. I moved to the US about 10 years ago, moving almost every year and up until living at Warrenwood, i didn't even know that there was such a thing as a "good" property management. I am sure corporate doesn't care about the tenants but the management truly cares about the residents. Best experience so far.”

“All the students working in their agencies (Hired Hands, Big Red, Tutoring, etc) are extremely hard working, and truly care about their customers. Definitely smart kids who are eager to exceed expectations and act very professional 100% of the time.”

“Lansing West has been our home for 24 years. There are many things that I love about this place, first and foremost, the team that manages this apartment complex. They are positive, efficient and sincerely care about the residents' needs that live here. Secondly, I love the location of this place. I worked at Cornell and living here, I could take the TCAT Bus, every day, to and from work, arriving in 10 minutes. The third thing that I love about Lansing is the peaceful, beautiful and safe environment at this place. This location is within walking distance to a supermarket, the Cayuga Medical Facility, shopping as well as eating places. There are many choices of places to live in Ithaca. Lansing West would be my first choice!”
