The folks at 4 Seasons are so helpful and considerate. I had to haul, store, and empty the unit--from Texas!! The office staff all deserve raises. They were so patient and helpful.

My elderly mother needed storage space when we moved her to a smaller apartment, and 4-Season Storage was perfect for her. We were able to set up automatic billing so we didn't have to worry about payment, and the office staff were very friendly and helpful. Though we didn't use a climate-controlled unit her stuff stayed clean and dry. The facility is well-lit and feels safe even at night; it is also well-maintained in the winter. The location is very convenient for us and we'll definitely recommend these folks to others and use them again ourselves if we find ourselves needing another unit.

Very responsive, new, clean and secure! We rented an indoor, temperature controlled space and a non-climate controlled. The process is super easy. At the last minute of our move in we needed more space and their process was efficient to add quickly. They provide brand new locks with 3 keys. If you commit to a longer lease you may be eligible for a discount. These are local folks from our community that care about the people they serve. After some nightmare experiences with moving companies, the 4-Season Storage team was a welcomed experience. Ask for Kristy and let her know AFriend sent you!

Clean, secure, convenient, easy. Stored Cornell student's belongings when school closed for covid. Using again, the following year, for summer storage between apartment leases. The management is friendly and flexible - which sealed the experience for us. Highly recommend.

4-Season helped me out when I was desperate to quickly find a storage room on a weekend--they were the only company that responded to my inquiries. I can't say enough about how good they are to work with--responsive, flexible and helpful. The building and unit are safe, clean and easily accessible. I feel lucky and grateful to have found them!

Great customer service and very nice and secure facility. So glad they have an elevator to get things to second floor storage units. So were the movers who picked my things up for shipping!

This is a great storage facility. We are currently renting a 10x10 Climate Control unit and I am amazed how much stuff we can put in it. The facility is easy to get to and is well maintained.

Easy access, fast service for rental set-up. Bring your own good solid Master lock, because the one they have for sale is mediocre.

I rented twice during a 15 month period from 2012 through 2014 due to 4 moves. The owner was helpful, courteous, respectful and provided me with some great spaces at his property on NYS Route 34 in Lansing. The cost was reasonable too!

Great, helpful owner. Answered all questions (including no break ins in quite a few years). Provided with new cylinder locks right when expected.
