Do not buy from this store! They sold me Kratom that was fake! The company that is listed on the pouch isn't even a real company! I purchased it to help with chronic pain, I made a tea out of it and it did nothing!!! I tried to return and they refused, so I have to keep this stuff and I'm not even sure what the hell this stuff is that I put in my body!!! So over $ 30.00 sucked out of my wallet. I repeat do not use this store you will get ripped off, I wish I could give 0 stars. You do not know what are in the pouches of kratom that are being sold. They could contain green tea or something much more dangerous that has salmonella or heavy lead chemicals in it. Please don't risk the chance of contamination of your health with these pouches of unknown ingredients from a mfr. that doesn't exist on google!! Stay away!!! Save your money and buy your items from a reputable source.

Had a great experience today at the shop. I wanted something instead of the blu cigarettes and Steve walked me through all my options starting with the least expensive options and going into detail about each price upgrade. I spent 2 hours there, felt absolutely no pressure about buying anything or making a decision today. Really learned a lot! We mixed up anfew flavors and i'm enjoying my vape now!

The customer service is excellent here and being able to create your own fluid is nice, but the major draw back to this shop is its pricing. I purchased a iStick TC40W, nautilus mini tank, and a 10 mil bottle of liquid. Total was $114.05 only to come home and see I could have bought everything for $65.00. The mark up on equipment is too high (about 50% higher then other retail stores), otherwise nice store.

Love coming here. I was never really much of a smoker, but my girlfriend was. On her birthday we came in and got our vapes and she hasn't smoked since! Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, they were very welcoming to newbies in the vaping community. One of the guys that works there even does stand up comedy and invited us to an event happening AT the shop! It was a great time and I can't wait for the next one. If you vape, have an interest in quitting smoking, or just want to meet a group of really great guys, go on down and check them out!

Ask for steve (or steve) and expect great service and selection. Most impressive is the fact that all of the juice blends are house made, no commercial fluid. In addition there is a chart of over 100 flavors to make your own blend. Can be intimidating at first, but the staff knows the product well and is very accommodating. Definitely a great experience.
