Lady had a hard tim scanning an item that i wanted 5 of. She told me i cant scan it so i cant sell it. Dont have it on the shelf if you cant sell it. Other older lady backed her up and was super nasty. Thanks i work right around the corner and used to come there everyday but will no longer be. Thank you!

To the woman that was there this morning you were very nice at first cause I came in to buy $55 in gas and I gave you a 50 instead and you told me I owe you five dollars which I took out 20 and gave you which makes it $60 Cause I wanted five dollars In lotto mega million and Powerball, Which rounded it off to 60 Dollars then you got confused cause you won’t paying attention to what you’re doing cause of all the small talk, you were talking you’re telling me I owe you 5 bucks which I didn’t and asking me for the 10 bucks in my hand!! You denied it and told your coworker who had to come and open the drawer to correct The problem that you made,then you’re telling your coworker I ask For $60 in gas which I didn’t why would you ask me for five dollars more if at first I give you $50.
And because of that problem, you became very rude And nasty cause when I came back to tell you the pump wasn’t working you insulted me and told me all you wanted is $55 in gas and you still haven’t started pumping yet in a very sarcastic way! How freaking rude are you!! Stop making so much small talk With people all the time and concentrate on your job a little bit more and be nice to people. If you cannot be nice to customers stay home don’t go to work people like you is what make people leave business places like that and go elsewhere. I will never be going to Speedway ever again for gas!! Thanks to you!! Go look at the cameras and see what transpired, and what I ask for you dumb fool.

Gas is fine but the pumps are the slowest I’ve ever used. Takes three times as long to fill my tank. That’s a long time when it’s cold/rainy.

BEWARE OF FRAUD WHEN REDEEMING YOUR POINTS FOR GIFT CARDS!!!! Speedway's customer service is the worst on the planet!!! Redeemed my points for a Vanilla Gift card at my local Speedway in Islip. Three days later tried to use the card and the number came up invalid. I went on the Vanilla Gift card site and, again, the number came up invalid. After a lengthy process with Speedway to investigate the card, I received a letter from their *Customer Satisfaction Specialist* *Sue Har--------* who said that the card was loaded correctly by Speedway and denied my claim. They did nothing to help me find the answer as to why the card didn't work. As a matter of fact, would not speak with the distributing card company and told me that the card was used! I emphatically denied ever using the card and explained that I had the card for only three days before trying to activate it. I was on the phone with Speedway Customer Service at least five times and even spoke to Sue's supervisor, Jamie, who got insulted because I addressed him as "Mister" and tried to say that I berated him. What a nut!! I told him I was upset with how Speedway handled this and he then took offense and said that he represented Speedway and was insulted that I was upset with the company. This guy needs a shrink!! Well after doing my own investigation by declaring the card lost, I reached a representative at Vanilla Gift Card who advised me that the card was used in Florida! Mind you, that I have not been out of my state for the last year and on-half due to COVID. It was then ascertained that the card was activated and the number given to someone who used it in another state. This had to be done at the Speedway Gas Station obviously. This is not the first time that there was a problem at Speedway where they found out one of their employees was using customer's receipts to load points on his personal card! When I called back to Speedway and told them that I suspected fraud, they agreed and proceeded to put me back on the phone with Sue! Never did she pick up. This company needs to be trained in customer service. No wonder their reviews are low. There is a lot of fraudulent activity regarding their gift cards, I say because of the folks that they hire and pay low wages to who really don't give a darn. And when they do get good employees, they don't know how to treat them. We pay in the process

Rudest guy ever, he had glasses on , the speedway in Islip as a Christmas gift we got a google play gift card by accident but we meant to get the apple one until we noticed we didn’t even leave the parking lot we went back and he denied to switch it. What kind of customer service is that especially on Christmas RUDEST EVER NEVER WASTING MY MONEY THERE AGAIN ! YOU SHOULDNT EITHER.

The fuel pumps at this location are very slow. You'll stand there forever waiting to fill up. In addition, there are creepy looking hobos hanging around who stare at women.

Easy to see right off of Islip Avenue servicing Islip and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of Pumps. Convenience store is also available. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Staff is nice.

The owners of this Speedway need to monitor Brightwaters landscaping they block 4-6 pumps for 20-30 mins

Favorite station in the area. The one guy who is there a lot is a funny dude and everyone is pretty nice. Prices are usually low and same price cash or credit which is a total plus!
