They did such a fantastic job on my rings! A couple of stones on my band had fallen out and they were able to repair and clean within a week. The most genuine and honest people. Met them for the first time and felt like I knew them forever. Seriously great. 10/10 Highly recommend!!

I brought in a ring for repair. They were professional and very helpful. The price of the repair was more than reasonable and the workmanship was top notch. The merchandise is lovely and the store is worth a visit. I will shop here in the future. No need to travel out of KP for jewelry this store has it all!!!

I dropped off a luxury-designer piece of jewelry, in need of a simple reattachment of links: as it had come apart and was now in two segments. Nearly a month later, I finally received a phone call, asking me to return their call, regarding an "issue" with the item. Once I had the chance to do so and to pick up the item, it was not only unrepaired, but was now broken into three segments rather than two. Even if the minor repair was not practical for their abilities/area of expertise, I would have been far better satisfied with a prompt response, and more so, the return of my item in the same condition as it was when dropped off. Instead, I have a further broken item, still in need of repair, not to mention my waiting over a month without my item or so much as any updates. I was hopeful that I would be able to support a local, small business with my patronage, but I will without question stick to the prompt, professional, and capable jewelers found at the Commack Jewelry Exchange, which I have used without any complaints or dissatisfaction for over a decade. Highly suggested that one takes their business elsewhere, especially with an item of substantial monetary or sentimental value!

This is a go to place for all things amazing and unique. I can’t say enough good things about Andrea, who truly takes the time to understand her customers. I have purchased home items at Louis Anthony, and the salespeople took the time, for each purchase and no matter how busy they were, to help me find the perfect pieces. The best part is feeling happy every time I see them in my home! 100% 5 stars!
