This place has come to my rescue more than once. They have fixed myGoldendoodle’s haircuts when they were not done properly at a different groomer. After bringing my dog here we had several people ask for our groomer since his haircut was so perfect.On top of all of this Mercy, the manager has been a life saver. She has worked magic to make sure my appointment can happen at different locations or different times when I have needed last minute changes. I could not recommend them more. I will only take my dog here because I know he is looked after, taken care of and I will always pick him up overjoyed with the haircut he got. Please go to these life savers, you will be extremely happy you did!!

Went for the first and last time, I don't recommend. My dog was returned with multiple cuts, specifically with his entire neck scraped. When I confronted the groomer she said that he was "already like that" when he clearly wasn't. She also said "I thought it was a birthmark or something... or that he got into a fight with another dog." Lousy excuses I can't believe she directly lied to me. I was expecting her to explain what happened but instead she lied to me. The people here should take accountability for their actions and at least be honest and more careful with the animals. It is ridiculous to cut a dog this much. My dog was limping for a few days because he also had a cut on his leg. Don't recommend at all. Please take your pet somewhere else.

I normally do not post reviews but I felt it was necessary. I just called this place of “business” to set up a much needed appointment for my dog. When I first brought my dog approximately 2 years ago I brought her here out of convenience, however, I did notice the snobby attitudes of the employees but figured they were having a bad day and didn’t pay it any mind. Right away the woman felt it was her business to know why I hadn’t brought my dog to HER. She then made the ludicrous assumption that I hadn’t groomed my dog in 2 years. Her attitude was extremely abrasive and unprofessional to say the least. I am assuming this lady doesn’t read reviews because if she did and she had ANY sense about her she wouldn’t be so nasty to customers. She made me feel uneasy on the phone so I definitely didn’t trust taking my dog to this place.

My doggos always give the girls kisses when we go there and they come out looking good and smelling amazing. They always do good work and are super nice and accommodating.

I took my Yorkie to this place and the ladies were not friendly at all . They cut his hair very short even though I ask them the opposite. In top of that my little dog was hurt in his back. Have to take him to the veterinarian and required treatment with an injection and therapy for his back. He has not been the same since then

This is the worst pet groomers I have ever been too. All they did was wash my dog and shave his hygiene areas, then super weirdly his feet. He's a cavalier king Charles so now he looks totally crazy. They had him from 8.30 am to 1pm and this is all they did. He was not brushed or anything. They also wouldn't let me see him before I paid, so shady. They charged me $50. I would go anywhere but here in future.

I took my dog bella here for the first time because her regular groomer was on vacation and she needed a cut badly, my boyfriend warned me not to take bella because of all the reviews but i felt i had no choice seeing as bella desperately needed a haircut. When we picked up bella my mom noticed she had pink spots all over her hair and they did a horrible job cutting around her face georgina the owner whatever tf her name is said bella had a biting problem when bella has never bit anyone in her life bella is a very nervous dog she's the sweetest thing she would never bite anyone, when i told her this she proceeded to show me a cut on her arm and yelled in my face "your dog did this" like my dog doesn't have a name. The cut on her arm had scarring around it as if the cut was old, my mom told her that cut was old and she started stuttering and started picking a fight with my mom, shes a very rude lady I wouldn't bring my dog here if i were you. Bar haircuts and bad attitudes .. no thank you

My Newfie loves going to the Spa! He gets so excited when I mention it and can't wait to see Georgianna!!! He goes right in and even tries to jump up on table to get started- he's 130 lb so he can be a handful to lift but they treat him like a king 👑Great job!!!

I was shocked to see bad reviews on this place because I love them. I've been taking my dogs here for 6 years. Sure - a time or two the haircut has been shorter than I had hoped for but it's just hair people! It grows back. They are always so nice to me, fair prices, so nice to, and good with, my dogs they get excited to go in and give the girls kisses every time. They've been getting better with how long the grooming takes, and my dogs smell amazing for like 2 weeks afterwards. I wash my dogs every week and they smell good for maybe 3 days. Whatever they use is quality and my dogs have never been anything but adorable when Lad and Lassie was finished with their grooming. I think if you're going to come at someone guns blazing with an attitude, they are obviously going to give that attitude back to you. So if you're unhappy with your grooming take a photo of the haircut and next time you go back say you know what this was a little short for my preference can you make sure its a little longer? No need to bash for something so silly.
