This place was OK at first to get parts you know on a first name bases with the employees and owner all until I was accused by an employee for stealing a part then that same employee told me I am not allowed back then when I called to speak to the owner to review the camera for a car which I didn’t even come for or went near that same employee and owner kept gaslighting me all this then I heard that employee was fired for lying Fore-said incident even got an apology call from the owner then I heard that employee was rehired Then the same employee I would speak to on the phone about coming in would tell me to come back Friday I will drive all way back there and then they would turn me back telling me I can’t come in gaslighting again to come back another Friday and another Friday and another Friday then the attitude changed all around the employees then been having smart comments said by employees but today I was told I have to make an appointment I can’t just walk in there anymore which is understandable there rules all of a sudden just for me but all the nasty attitude and disrespect is very unprofessional and very rude when I’m paying good money it’s OK to take my money but don’t want to deal with me unacceptable will not be recommending to anyone or buying from here again. I even referred a lot of my friends to this junkyard they complained about the attitude of the employees but I didn’t receive that attitude from the employees they hadn’t shown their true colors yet of course before the stealing accusation that they just brush under the rug like it's nothing. Will be taking my business back to out-of-town junkyards. 1 out of 5 stars.

I always want to support local business and called this place to get a price on a part. Asked if he can do a little better and he got all nasty with me. A simply that's the best I can do answer would of been fine. Gave my business to a out of state online seller which winded up being cheaper and free shipping. Thank you Islip Auto & Truck Recycling for helping me save my gas, Fedex delivered the part right to my door. Your loss is my gain. Haha for being rude.

I would not recommended anyone to shop from here. I had to call for a car part and the man on the phone was very rude having no respect for what I was saying and instead mocking me. You might as well just go to another place than wasting your time at such a small place where there are barely any parts to buy and where your time nor money is respected. If you still want to be mishandled by the rude people in the shop, it is your money to waste not mine.

if i could give negative stars i would the guy at the front tall dude gave me an attitude because his people didn't get the airbag out of the car quick enough so i had to come back then my girlfriend went to get it and they gave her an attitude and cut the airbag out the car terribly and we almost couldn't even use the airbag on the car terrible service they suck
