I have been going to this store for years. The man who worked there was always so helpful and friendly. Well, recently, he was replaced. The new employee is not helpful, cold, and even somewhat rude. Plus, he blatantly stares at you the entire time you are looking for what you came in for. Today is the last day I go in this shop. So disappointed...

Had a horrible experience at DMS Smoke & Vape store in East Islip - which is the same owners of this store. Bought a vape that stopped working after a couple of weeks - and they would not exchange it for one that worked!!!! Was told they only warranty their merchandise for 3 or 4 days!?!?!? So SHADY!!!! Don’t waste your money at these stores!!!!!
