Rarely is there staff on the floor of the store. Never any cashiers at the register.
Saw a guy stealing yesterday and when staff was made aware, nothing was done. The guy left scot-free.

Ashia Shahnaser a PHARMACIST THAT HANGS UP WITHIN 1 MINUTE after repeatedly not understanding basic math and unwillingness to speak with empathy. It's DISGUSTINGLY unprofessional.Ask a question. She says I don't know. Then will probably just hang up or shut up because there is nothing she can say that justifies messing with peoples lives. Why does 1 person know what they're doing but another doesn't?I am not buying a candy bar, it's important medicine. No ethics and no demeanor to be working with the public especially with MEDICINE.Would you want your mechanic being head pharmacist? Well, that's what we have at this location currently.Add incompetence into the situation with misinformation and refuses to speak or acknowledged her actions.She toys with patient abandonment without even notify the customer.The epitome of unqualified to be working in the Pharmacy or any place with people.I intend to do everything and anything through all proper channels until it's acknowledged.Already spoke to someone. Will update.

10/5/23 called the automated to refill 2 prescriptions. Done. 2 min later I get a text they are contacting my dr to get an alternative for an inhaler no longer covered by my ins. I call speak to someone I wish I got her name who informed me the script would be $1200.00 for 3 months and they will contact my dr for an alternative drug. Ok. I go to pickup the scripts and the cashier says are you aware 1 script will be $1200.00???? I said I just spoke to someone here who told me they would contact my dr. The pharmacist says That Was Not Done! Every time I have ti go to Islip Terrace CVS Pharmacy it’s a Headache!! Horrible reps they don’t know what they are doing. It seems they have a big turn around of employees.

Why does it take so long to go through the drive through line? Why does it take so long when you pick up a prescription in the store? The thought of going to CVS to pick up a prescription makes my skin crawl.

This is for the pharmacy department only. The man working on 3/13 on register for people picking up prescriptions is extremely rude. He is never nice and very short with customers. This has happened before as well with other techs. If this wasn’t a minute drive from my house I would move my prescriptions elsewhere

I’m always at CVS and as usual it’s always great. They recently renovated the store and it’s even better wider aisles and more items to choose from, overall great experience.

Islip Terrace location on Connetquot ave, Rude pharmacy technicians, very short with me when calling about my prescriptions, their was a delay on a prescription and the didn't even notify me to let me know, I had to call them, I also do not like being told I have to use self checkout because somebody doesn't want to work the register. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover me at Walgreens anymore, never had a problem at Walgreens, looking around for other options, I'll pay a few bucks more at a local pharmacy, CVS...THE WORST!!!..

It's in a nice location, well kept, clean floor, the service associates provide is the greatest. Even though there are the self-checkout registers, an associate is always there to assist you with your purchases.

The WORST pharmacy. Noone called to let me know my prescription was behind and the day of they tell me it wont be there on time. Then their nasty on the phone. If i could give 0 stars I would. They are horrible, nasty on the phone and incompetent. I am never going here again. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else.

Had to check myself out at the register. Sales clerk and Manger was more interested in finishing work on the floor instead of completing my transaction at the register. No customer service skills. Never experienced this before. September 2022

Did the Covid test for a medical procedure at Patchogue CVS. I scheduled the appointment online. Just drove thru, they gave me the test kit, explained carefully how to do it myself, watched me and guided me thru the steps, and done! I dropped it at the pickup receptacle and two days later got the results by text. Easy Pease.

I liked CVS before it moved across the street. They had more items in that store, especially the card section. The Pharmacists knew you as soon as they saw you. The new CVS Pharmacy is a starting ground for new pharmacists. You never get to know your pharmacist, because they don't stay long enough. I hear them complaining they can't wait to leave that particular CVS store. The drive through is useless, you're lucky if someone comes to the window. They close too early so when you have a late Dr's appt, you can't get your script if you desperately need it. If the store closes at 11.00 pm so should the Pharmacy.
