Wessie is on the top of his game - much better customer service than the neighboring AT&T.
He was able to spend extra time advising me on the right plan I should choose as well as he made sure that I get the most affordable option by showing me all of the applicable discounts.
On top of all that! He took care of setting everything up so I didn’t even have to move a finger.
Great service - well earned 5 stars!
P.S. if you’re a person who often travels, choosing Verizon is a no-brainer.

Went in today to upgrade an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 15. I was helped by wess and what a professional, knowledgeable and kind man! He had everything transferred to the new phone quickly and even offered me a cushion for the wooden seats in the store when I complained about how uncomfortable they were. Thank you for a pleasant experience ???

Wessie is the nicest Verizon employee I have ever worked with. He breaks down everything so simply and describe things in terms that no one else does. He is truly a 10 out of 10 worker. If anyone ever needs anything, whether it be questions or help with Verizon products he is your guy.

I obtained Verizon service from Wessie and it was an extremely helpful and quick process! He really went above and beyond to provide a nice experience for his customers whilst also being very professional. I would definitely recommend getting service from Wessie especially if you want to learn more about the technology provided on the line, he does a fantastic job of helping you locate the perfect device for you.

Abdul and Wess helped me out during a strenuous proccess when transferring lines to the verizon carrier. They were honest good people willing to help people and optimize my bill to match my needs and considerations.
