Went in today to upgrade an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 15. I was helped by wess and what a professional, knowledgeable and kind man! He had everything transferred to the new phone quickly and even offered me a cushion for the wooden seats in the store when I complained about how uncomfortable they were.
