I was having a big issue with my son’s cell phone. I tried calling Verizon to fix it, but after over a half hour I was losing my mind, so I decided to give the Verizon store in Islandia a try. Jake welcomed me over graciously, not minding at all that I was just there for service, and fixed my issue unbelievably fast. He even tweaked my plan to save me some money which was a nice surprise. His two colleagues also stopped by when they finished their customers to lend support to Jake if he wanted it. Great atmosphere and service. Smart, kind, generous and witty…everything you can ask for in a (Verizon) man. ? I highly recommend this store. Thank you all again for saving the day!!!

Dominick at the Verizon store in Islandia was awesome! He took great care of us and he had our needs in mind every step of the way. He was able to save us some money while getting everything we needed at the same time. Outstanding service and highly recommended!

I don't know a lot about phones but when I walked in Lucia and Keith were so very helpful with my apps on my phone and restoring my data I am very thankful for their hard work and spending time with me and showing me how to use my phone

Mike T. helped me transition into switching my cell phone plan to Verizon. He was very knowledgeable and took his time answering all my questions. Which helped me make my decision quicker. He also helped me get Verizon internet and answered all my questions about that. I would go to him for anything if you are thinking about switching carriers.

Had problems with new Motorola phones so called this Verizon store and got Jay on the phone and he did everything he could to help us. I appreciate everything he did we got new phones that where compatible with my truck and they did a buyback of the old phones. He is very helpful.

Stopped in with the wife today for a routine question and ended up upgrading both our phones. Chris was professional extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to get us the best deal with minimal increases to our current plan.
