Brendan Ahern was an absolute professional who I’m convinced got the job done faster than anyone else could. Brendan showed up bedside after my motorcycle accident and was with me every step of the way through the process. He always responded to texts and calls immediately. He never left me hanging, not once. He restored my faith in good people honestly and is a solid human. He works hard for his client and I am very happy with the outcome. I was referred to Brian Murphy at RGLZ and I'm really glad I went with having him represent me in my case. I had been inured at a very large business and Brian helped me get what I deserved after suffering multiple injuries, ongoing therapies and exacerbations of my injury. I had to pay a lot of hospital bills and other medical expenses out of pocket, which Brian also helped to get compensated for in my case. The case took just about as long as Brian had said it would and in the end we had a great victory! Brian and his assistant Seema were always attentive, easy to contact and always returned my e-mails and calls in a timely manner and even after hours. Luckily the case never had to go to litigation, they settled and again, Brian fought hard for what I deserved and then some! I was in an accident at a construction site that left me with terrible injuries which ended my career. Another lawyer suggested I should hire Mike Glass to represent me. I did and we fought a long battle against some big corporate defendants which finally ended today. There is a confidential settlement agreement, so I cannot talk about that, except to say that “it was resolved to my satisfaction.” I can tell you, however, the best advice I received was to hire Mike Glass. He and his legal assistant, Paula, were with me through every crisis I had over the last four years and they never stopped fighting for me. They were always available and offered guidance, and the firm spent whatever money was necessary to hire the best experts to prove my case. I give them 5 stars.

I thought I'd finally found the help I needed for my accident. I was wrong. I had two other attorneys before retaining this firm. Then 8 years after my accident they sent out subpoenas for my witnesses from the courtroom on the first day of my trial. Not surprised that the one independent witness who actually saw what happened from the street was never found or deposed.I was t-boned by an MTA bus in Manhattan while stopped at a crosswalk, had 2 major neck surgeries and require more, have permanent disabilities and have been unable to follow through with my medical needs. Because I lost my case so badly that I owe the MTA $710.00 for their bumper - and they weren't even suing me! I had over $275,000 in medical bills and now can't work and don't have the money to pay for insurance or the needed treatment. I was referred to Mr. Levine by another attorney but still should have looked into his history myself before I retained him. For whatever his reasons, he cost me my life.

My husband is a vet who has been working with this law firm due to his hearing loss from the military / 3M lawsuit. He’s provided them with all of the documentation they have asked for multiple times, but they keep asking for it over and over again every couple of months. They have asked for his DD214 at least three separate times, they claim it is received each time he sends it, but then a few months later they ask for it again. A vets DD214 is a document that does not change, and is not updated.After sending all documents 2-3 times over the span of about 2 years, he has reached out to let them know they keep asking for the same documents. They haven’t responded to him. They have it ever asked for updating hearing test records aside from the initial records testing his hearing.We aren’t sure if they keep losing his documents and paperwork, or if this is a scam. He’s never spoken to an actual human and all correspondence has been done via email. My husband is convinced it may be a scam. Be careful before you get involved and start giving personal info.
