just called for some coolant the guy on the phone said they only sell fire truck parts and i said oh okay and hung up. decided to call back to see if he could look up the part # for merchandise they hung up the phone on me. called back and said aren’t you guys napa as well and the guy was just rude and said “didn’t you just call i told you we only sell fire truck parts.” poor customer service from who ever picked up the phone there. if you don’t want to do your job don’t work there but don’t have to be rude to customers.

Ordered a car battery and picked it up at Hendricksons NAPA. Staff was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. A gentleman even carried the heavy battery to my car! They will be getting all my business from now on. Thank you!
