“I was having a big issue with my son’s cell phone. I tried calling Verizon to fix it, but after over a half hour I was losing my mind, so I decided to give the Verizon store in Islandia a try. Jake welcomed me over graciously, not minding at all that I was just there for service, and fixed my issue unbelievably fast. He even tweaked my plan to save me some money which was a nice surprise. His two colleagues also stopped by when they finished their customers to lend support to Jake if he wanted it. Great atmosphere and service. Smart, kind, generous and witty…everything you can ask for in a (Verizon) man. ? I highly recommend this store. Thank you all again for saving the day!!!”

“After starting off at the TMobile in Central Islip where I waited 35 mins to be serviced and then was poorly serviced and cancelled everything I was doing..I rushed over to this Tmobile last minute to upgrade my phone, as it was the only time I had with how crazy my work schedule is. The young man behind the counter Sayed was SO helpful and SO informative on getting me through the upgrade where as the tmobile I started off before, the associate didnt help or try and brushed me off basically. Sayed went above and beyond (even past closing time) to make sure I got the best deal with my upgrade and that I walked out with the upgrade the same day! He was super paitent and super friendly! I will only be returning to this tmobile from now on. Thank you Sayed!!”
