Our awning and privacy screen were installed today. The only problem is- we wish we did this years ago. It is amazing! We love it. They were so professional, polite and cleaned up everything upon installation. ❤️

M&M installed a Daytona motorized dawning above our deck. the entire process was easy and friendly. their rep, Mike, came over, made all the measurements, explained different models and sent us a quote with a computer mockup of different types of awnings on our house. we chose the one we like the best. paying was easy, online. after 2.5 weeks their workers came and installed the awning. installation took about 2 hr. they cleaned up after the installation, leaving the property pristine. finally, the price was very competitive compared to at least one other company we got a quote from. Thanks.

May 12, 2023Dear Sir,I feel that a review of a product as soon as it is purchased is somewhat meaningless; because the product is brand new, and problems usually occur well after it is purchased. That being said, I would like to review the enclosure which I purchased last December. I have now gone through the winter and most of the spring and the enclosure has performed very well. The issue I had with the enclosure was the anchors installed into the existing awning. Around one of the doors, the screws became loose, and the door was somewhat unstable. After the problem was evaluated, Jim determined a brace should be installed and this would solve the problem. He was right! The braces were installed, and the door was perfect.The enclosure has performed beyond my expectations. I was able to make use of my deck most of the winter. My heaters were able to heat the area as long as the temperature was above forty degrees. The wind was completely eliminated and the experience all winter was very enjoyable. When I was discussing the purchase, Justin explained how the enclosure would give me exactly what I hoped to achieve with my deck. I was skeptic about his evaluation and after much discussion, agreed to purchase the enclosure. And now I can not be more pleased with my decision.The product is very well made but the professionalism of the entire staff, which I have had contact with, has been of a very high standard and is the main reason for my highest recommendation and my highest review. Starting with Justin who came over at the beginning to discuss the options I would have for an enclosure. Continuing with Donna who made all the appointments throughout the process. And concluding with Jim, who measured the project, installed the enclosure, and solved my only issue; they were very professional in their roles and made sure that all my issues were dealt with and solved.I would highly recommend M & M Awing for work on any type of outdoor enclosure. They are very professional in their approach; knowledgeable in dealing with any requests you might have; and have a very reliable product.Thank You,John Scarnati

I needed an awning for my pool bar and after doing some research decided to use M & M Sign & Awning. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Justin sent me the quote within one day of coming over to look at my job. The showroom is beautiful, and had many fabric samples and actual awnings so it was easier to make a decision. Donna kept me updated on my order and helped me choose the fabric, which looks great. And the installers, Omar and Alex did a beautiful, clean and professional install. The best part is since they are the manufacturer and are located right here on Long Island, the job was done much sooner than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend M & M to anyone looking for an awning.

My family had an outstanding experience working with M&M Sign & Awning to purchase a retractable awning for our backyard.
