Small and congested. Sears so close together. Uncomfortable setting. People saving seats. Most games $1 and up. Forget the 25 cents and penny games where u coukd sit and play for awhile. Now its $1 and up. Like handed you my money for no luck of the draw. Although my husband won. We keft after an hour.

Jake's is creating more parking and more amenities for customers to enjoy.
Rooms are nicely kept and customer service is readily available.

I was there today for a few hrs to get out of the house. Not going back to Jake’s 58 Cafe service is lousy with rude employees. Also you can’t park your car due to construction and remodeling. I still won’t go back when it’s completed either. If you enjoy being with seniors, then go for it. One senior woman was on the phone behind my seat talking so loudly so the whole casino can hear her. I am done with the gambling world and Jake’s 58. I don’t come home broke either. A few extra bucks. Don’t go here as the machines aren’t going to pay out as much when renovated. Hardly get bonus rounds anymore. The clientele stinks and they have had many fights in the past. Stay away if you know what’s good for you ?

Stayed here for a wedding. Had an overall good experience and service was great. Akua made us feel welcome from the start with her friendly and wonderful personality. Room was nice and hot water was uninterrupted. After leaving, I realized I had left a dress in the room. Security, the front desk, and housekeeping all worked together to track down my dress and arrange to have it sent to me. They were all very pleasant through the process and wouldn’t you know it, Akua made the final touches to the process to ensure I’d get my package delivered. Thank you to Akua and all the wonderful staff at Jake’s 58!

Jakes is great but until construction is done parking is not easy.
They need to keep more cashiers open on weekends. With the number of limited vouchers you need to cash, having only 3 of 5 cashiers on hand for a packed casino is wild and unacceptable. Hopefully with the renovation they triple the current cashier number.

I saw a commercial on tv about winning at Jake’s 58 that is so not true lately in the past you could have fun and hit the machines but since they are doing repairs on the casino/ hotel everyone is complaining and leaving a loser I go to have fun and would like to win once in awhile but for the last 20 times that I’ve been there nothing hopefully it changes for me and everyone else or I will go elsewhere

Stayed overnight in comp room. Ate at the Bistro. Pleasant experience except we lost!

Went to casino. Lost some money. I go to Jake's a couple times monthly, but lately seems that pay outs are less frequent and lower. Also occasionally go to Resorts World, and Empire at Yonkers, but Jake's seemed to be better in every way.

Whoever cleans the parking lot does an amazing job. The parking lot was FULL and getting messy. The very next day it was 100% clean. Glad to see Jake's is very responsible and keeping the area clean after all the visitors who are enjoying it.

Just went to play at the casino slots and it was clean and smoke free with lots of varied games. We enjoyed as we won a little lost a little and had a nice late lunch. Far for us to drive as we're from Queens but a nicely run place with lots of security. We'll be back. They should have given free game play with new club members but did NOT.

It's a thief, you put in 500 and they pay you 5 just for them, rubbish, that's bourgeois, it's not worth it, it's a bitch. I've been leaving them money for years, never earned, just adding that it doesn't matter, I think they know who they should give them something.
