tows my vehicle to wrong location and the guy on the phone defends the fact he misheard what i said as he repeated something different TWICE! then wants me to pay again to tow it to the correct location. This is terrible business practice and service. Would never use them again.

I called because I needed my car to be towed. Was told 45 minutes I agreed to price and time waited for over an hour and they would not answer my calls, eventually someone answered my text saying it will be another 20 minutes more NO ONE SHOWED UP! I had to call for another tow company that came out within 15 minutes of me calling.Service: Car towing
