Truly outstanding customer service. I have been a faithful Pondmaster customer for years, using both the magdrive pumps and the UV clarifiers in my pond. They not only work extremely well but on the off chance that something goes wrong, they stand behind their warranty 100%. And, they recently replaced a part to my clarifier that had deteriorated with age (normal wear), for free, saving me from having to buy a whole new unit. Who does that nowadays?? Danner does, and I'm so grateful!

I have used Pond Master pumps for years in my home Koi pond. They are quiet, efficient and effective. Priscilla in customer service was very helpful when I needed some replacement parts under warranty. I highly recommend Danner products!

Product come broken. Fixed it and the pump is louder then the water. Called to exchange it and got the run around. Don’t waste your money.

40w UV sterilizer lasted about 3 months, no response when I emailed, try another one, don’t waste your money here. Should add I bought 2 units, several replacement ballasts over the last 4 years. Poor design or poor quality, don’t buy into the pondmaster UV money pit

Danner stands by their product. We had a pond pump fail while it was still under warranty and they were very helpful and friendly over the phone. We sent in our faulty pump and they happily honored their warranty by sending us a brand new pump.

I tried to order parts online for my pond pumps. The order did not go through, and I received an error message that it could not be completed. This did not stop the company for charging my credit card. I contacted customer service, rep Grace M advised that my order was never received and my account would be credited if I could provide my credit card statement showing the charges. This was done the same day, then I followed up with a call the following day, also to Grace M, who advised that I should see the credit in a couple of days. A week went by and still no credit. I contacted Grace M again and was ignored. So I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get the credit. To Danner Mfg, how long would I had to wait?
