*Read this if you Need to Do Amazon Return with UPS dropoff! *
Found This "Ups Authorized Shipper" today On Waze. Their name is Boxes and Bytes .
Thought I'd give it a try on the way home to do my Amazon return!
Right off the bat Lou was already trying to help me the moment i walked in . He told me it was free to ship and referred me to smithtown UPS store.
Now I'm posting this because not only was he super nice and super patient cause I can be real slow sometimes . .
He told me they will just scan the QR code and take me return. He was being 100% honest and didn't wanna charge a fee for the email. However. I was like Hold Up wait a minute... I've been to both smithtown and brentwood.. and Both times they couldn't scan the QR Code. They also required "email label to a friend" and charged fee for printing.. Now the difference is, which Lou explained to me.. cause I thought this was normal.. they are offical UPS owned storefronts.. they have a contract with UPS and are credited by Amazon Hence the FREE return part.
So this was a revelation for both of us haha.
So long story Short.. If your gonna be paying for Amazon returns even if it's just a few bucks.. Support your local businesses. And save the extra drive cause B&B is right around the corner.
I FOUND MY designated place for returns and I'm super glad about it cause Amazon been screwing up orders left and right.
30 -40 minutes round trip before vs. 10 minutes. Glad I found them today! Thanks for takin the time today Lou! Appreciate you ?
Ps. If your return ain't loading they also have wifi you can connect to for sent the labels. LIFESAVER!

Great place ran by amazing people. Always willing to help you with any issues. FEDEX damage and lost my package. They called fedex and got my a refund. They took care of everything. Highly recommend. This is the one and only shipping company i been using for many years.

A few months ago I started a small cosmetics business. And I had been looking for a place that I can use to ship my Makeup packages through. I didn't feel like waiting online at the regular post office. Because it was just so much going on due to COVID-19. Boxes and Bytes was just easier. I know my office has used them to ship prior to me going in. The guys were great. They were patient with me. This had been my first there for personal use. I forgot to print my shipping labels lol. They guy who helped me, was super sweet and patient. He told me to take my time, as I went through my phone to find everybody's name and address. I shipped I think five or six small packages at about 5/6 dollars each. Nothing crazy. Still a Great Business. I will be using them for further shipments.

I totally forgot the man name who helped us out for our uhaul rental but he was amazing! He was very accommodating and made us feel at ease. Moving is super stressful and this man made us feel very comfortable! I highly recommend this store for all your needs ♥️

What can I say about this place: Fast, friendly, reliable, courteous, and that is EVERYONE that works for this well-run establishment. I will be the first to admit, I am constantly on the go, and everything is fast-paced with me, but I am guaranteed to have time to crack a joke with Lou or his staff. I look forward to getting my mail. EXCELLENT customer service, (a product that is missing in our computer -generated world) you wont be disappointed!!
