I love this 7/11! New owners really care about the customers! I bought Mother’s Day flowers and they are still blooming. Coffee is always fresh especially with a glazed donut!!

Prior to the new owners these people loved to take credit for everything after doing nothing. And yet claim to do nothing when something is their fault.
Aka privatize profits, socialize losses
Finger pointing became a reoccurring “trend” among the employees. One specific staff member made an anonymous complaint to HR. These 2 would call this guy up to on his 1 (or 2) days off to complain about so and so not doing their job and somehow was his fault…. meanwhile this worker was off the clock during these incidents. Was occasionally threatened about his hours getting cut or possible termination. I can see why turn over rates are on the rise. ??♂️

My go to place for on the run since the new owners came I love grabbing the fresh food and cookies the coffee is always amazing, everything tastes like it was just put out and employees are super friendly and refreshing!! Would give 10 stars if I could

my go to 7/11! clean and friendly! shelves always stocked with the best goodies and the coffee is always hot and fresh. everytime i come i am greeted by helpful employees with smiles and upbeat personalities! no other convenience store does it quite like you! thank you all!!!

The reviews tell a different story (7 POSITIVE reviews in 4 days). I give this a 1 Star. The customer service is inadequate at its finest. Coffees are not fresh even though it’s not busy. Also ever since the new owners came to take this store over, they’ve been pressuring me to buy the cookies. Next time do not make FALSE reviews. It’s called False Advertising.
