“There's so much to say! I couldn't have imagined how great my wedding could have turned out! First off David is a pleasure to work with. He's so accommodating and will give u subtle suggestions lol which are always on point! The steady stream of food and service was OUTSTANDING! The staff was great! They followed through on every request, from heat to air conditioning to heat lol back to air conditioning.The food was excellent! You can't go wrong with any of the choices. To have my guests comment that even the mashed potatoes were great says alot!Thank you David once again for making our wedding a flawless event❤️”

“We are so glad we booked BYC for our wedding day!! Since the staff, especially Jenn and Eric, were so on top of things in planning, we didn't feel the need for a wedding planner. The staff took care of our timeline, made sure everything was set up for us exactly how we pictured it, and broke everything down for us at the end of the night. Everyone raved about the food and drinks, and the staff serving were extremely attentive. The ballroom was the perfect space for our large wedding (200 guests) to feel comfortable and not cramped, and left plenty of room on the dance floor (though it was full the whole time!). We couldn't imagine a more perfect day, and its proximity to Long Beach for the ceremony at my husband's home church was an extra bonus for us. We wish we could go to another event there!!”

“We had a beautiful baby shower here in May 2024. Everything came out perfect. My guests had a wonderful time, they loved both the indoor and tented areas. I was able to play photos on the TV's and we had music throughout the space. Dana and her team assisted the entire time, and helped make the event run smoothly from start to finish. “My husband and I had our wedding here on 2/16/24. It was the best day that we could have had. The staff is incredibly helpful, considerate, and truly made us feel cared for. The owner, John, and his staff (specifically James and Lisa) made this day so amazing for us. They were so good that I planned a wedding without a planner or a day-of coordinator and I was not worried in the slightest! The value you get at Stewart Manor is unbeatable and we will definitely be having more events there in the future!”

“By far one of the most seamless event planning experiences with Space 224 and the wonderful owner Abraham. My mother found the location via google which was rated at 5 stars. From the first call to the actual event I couldn't be more pleased. I chose space 224 to host my father's memorial dinner. Abraham wanted to ensure the pressure was off my family for the planning. We used their caterer and decorative team and must I say the food was amazing and the decorations were perfect. Abraham even helped out and served the drinks and said a few words. I honestly I could go on and on but most importantly want to express I would book anytime for any event. Thank you Abraham and the space 224 crew for making my father's memorial dinner a memory to last a lifetime”

“My husband and I can happily say our wedding at Jericho Terrace was our favorite wedding we have ever been to! The venue is stunning with plenty of spots for photo opportunities, delicious food, and exceptional staff. The interior appearance was something that was very important to us since we were having both the ceremony and reception indoors given it was early April. Everyone we have come across is professional and passionate about providing the best experience possible. Of note, the maître d's, Raul and Anthony, continuously checked up on us throughout the evening and our bridal attendants, Alison and Kayla, were so caring and stayed proactive before we even knew what we needed. Our guests cannot stop raving about Jericho Terrace! I hope to be back soon as a guest to experience it all again (it goes as fast as everyone says it does).”

“Friday Dec 8, 2023 we had our daughters Sweet 16 at The Sands Atlantic Beach NY. It was absolutely incredible. Lori and the whole entire staff were absolutely amazing from the first moment we walked in to book our event. The food was extraordinary! SO good ! Everyone has been calling me to say what a great time they had ! They were attentive to all our needs, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our experience there. I will 100% recommend them to everyone and would definitely have another party there! It was amazing !”

“We had a great time visiting with our 5 year old son. There were plenty of interactive exhibits to keep him entertained and engaged the entire time we were there. Every single room had buttons to press that controlled different things that related to aviation and space. I also was able to chat with a docent for 10 minutes to learn more about the history of aviation on Long Island. Such a neat history and what an awe inspiring collection of planes and historical relics this place has!! They also have two actual moon rocks in this place as well as memorabilia from Apollo 13 and other space ships!!”

“I hosted my daughter's 6th birthday at Once Upon a Sundae recently and the service was great! Our party consisted of kids from ages 1-10 years old and they all enjoyed the playroom, the piggy bank craft, and (of course) the ice cream! This was a very easy party to host because the ice cream parlor is fully decorated and they offer most supplies for the party. I just had to fill goodies bags, bring a cake and show up. Our party consisted of 2 hours and it flowed very well. The hosts at Once Upon a Sundae kept the kids engaged and offered kid-friendly service by assisting with smocks when it was time to paint, helped with the ice cream toppings, and offered amazing service. The adults also felt comfortable and enjoyed food and ice cream at the end of the party. We had such a good time!”

“If I could give a 20 out of 10 I would! All the staff at the hotel were amazing. My husband and I stayed here the night before our wedding, got ready in 2 separate suites the day of our wedding, and stayed the night of our wedding. They made sure that my husband and I were on 2 different floors so that we would not run into each other. We gave the front desk staff welcome bags to give to each guest upon arrival. They fulfilled all of our requests with ease and professionalism. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne the night of our wedding. How thoughtful!! We also booked a Post Nuptial Brunch the following day after our wedding. The food was delicious and the service was perfect! The front desk staff was outstanding and the manager, Matt, was so attentive and easy to communicate with. He always answered my emails promptly and with all the information I needed, if not more!! This made me so confident that our stay here would be nothing less than excellent. The staff is amazing with the kids and the is facility is always clean. We recently had my son's birthday party here and all the parents had the same comments- how they were highly impressed by the place and how great staff was.”

“I am a native Nyer who moved and back visiting from NC. Stayed here as the reviews were better than others around. While this was a tad pricer I decided why not. We arrived around 8pm. At first look the property looks really good. There were valets who we asked where to park and they showed us the other side of the building. On entry in the lobby, it's clean, uncluttered and well lit. No musty odors. We got to our room and we were impressed. I had no expectations but was nicely surprised. I am always on the look out for a room not well cleaned. Hair on the pillow or bathroom floor...NOPE. there was none of that. We ordered room service and the bread basket with the olive oil was really good. The fries..were crispy and done well. The room was modern enough, clean. Not a dust in sight. Even in the morning. Bravo.We actually decided we would stay here again.No complaints.Rooms: The rooms are spacious. Had the king room.Food & drinks: Food was good. A bit pricey but worth it.”

“We just held a party for 80 family and friends to celebrate the upcoming wedding of our daughter and her fiancé at The Ocean Club. To be with loved ones in such an awe-inspiring setting was magical; the ocean, the most beautiful white sand, the gorgeous sunset-all enjoyed from their beautiful deck..:then the indoor and outdoor bar....and lovely ballroom. the atmosphere is casual yet elegant festive yet calm. There were really three parts to the experience and all three were perfect. First there is the period of selecting and working with the team: they couldn't have been more cooperative and helpful and responsive and flexible. Second is the event itself: ran absolutely smoothly and everything they said they would handle, they handled with great care. Third after the event; we left some items behind and they were in touch with us the very next morning. The Ocean Club works with one caterer and man what a skilled and delightful group of professionals who not only prepared delicious food but we're so invested in the success of our event that their presence enhanced the evening for all. Together this made for a perfect event!”

“Attended a baby shower at this beautiful and spacious venue and thought how cool it was that it's above an active firehouse.The hall space is located on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator but the steps are short. There is a fully equipped bar, ice machine kitchen and ample space with 2 super clean bathrooms. If you're expecting guests, there is a parking lot around the corner. The views from the building are beautiful and thinking of booking this in the future.”

“I was here for a Girl Scout event last night. Food was okay, but the dessert was great! It was a sumptuous and delicious brownie with ice cream on the side, can never get wrong with that! The grilled chicken was ok, not exceptional. The staff were very courteous and polite. A great place for events and receptions.”
