I have always found my visit there to be short, and the staff always helpful, and courteous. On rare occasions, when the line is kind of long, it moves along quickly.

I asked for help with a flat rate shipping box I ordered from USPS. Jay said he couldn’t help me and then walked away and refused to come back. No customer service and no knowledge about what they offer. There seems to be no level of training here. A monkey could do better work. This place is ok if you do all of the work online and have the package shipped to you, print out your label and pack it yourself. This store should be automated - and that’s not something I’d say lightly. A robot would be more helpful than this person Jay.

Poorly ran post office. Shortage of employees! As someone who’s moved a lot and is currently a resident in island park this has to be by far my worst experience with mail. Some days the mailman brings you your mail some days they don’t. Very inconsistent and poorly managed. Not worth wasting money for certified mail or anything of that nature as I’ve been expecting certified mail and got notified 7:14 am that my mail was in route to my home in which is three minutes away from the post office and it is now 9:15 PM and I have yet to receive anything even though it stated that I would receive my mail by 8 PM very disappointed, Nor did anyone on my Block receive the regular mail today

From Long Beach always come to this post office because there are always quick and way better then the location in Long Beach, staff are also nice.

It is a Post Office run by the same people as all the others. They have the same snafus as all the others. The difference here is that whomever the Postmaster is actually cares and it shows in how the clerks in front interact with the public. I go there instead of Long Beach because they are friendly and polite. A bit of an extra drive but the civility is worth it.
