We had the pleasure and good fortune to have Frank refinish our antique 12 people wood insert table. Our table is very intricate with many wood inserts of various sizes and different woods. Frank brought our scratched and a little beat up table, with many years of wear and tear, back to life with its original beauty and grace!!! Frank refinished my parents bedroom furniture and I appreciated the care that he took to restoring them. I wanted them painted but he suggested that i wait until they are stripped and look at the wood grain as they are mahogany. I am glad that i listened to him as the natural wood is so much better.

Frank did an amazing job on our 30 year old oak table and chairs. He took the grime off and the set is more beautiful than ever. He gave us a very fair price and was a pleasure to deal with. Frank is truly a craftsman in the old world tradition.

Frank and his crew did a fantastic job refinishing my parents oak dining table. It was a Christmas gift for my parents. The top and edges were damaged and after they finished, it looked good as new. Frank was so nice and funny and was kidding around with my dad when he picked up the table. My mother loves her table and has had it over 30 years. My parents and I couldn't be happier and will be recommending them to all of our family friends. Before and after photos included. You can see the felt from a table cloth stuck to the top. I am so glad I found this restoration company. Frank is an experienced professional restorer. His staff is knowledgeable, skilled and excellent at their craft. They restored a mid-century vintage dining room chair. It was a complex repair and they did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them.

I recently brought a family heirloom to Frank and asked him to refinish it. I picked it up this week and it looks AMAZING! I was looking for someone to refinish my kitchen cabinets and was having a very hard time. I found The Refinishing Company and decided to call them and see if they could do my job. Frank came over and we talked about the different options available with the requirement that the work be done in the house, not create a mess and within my budget. After several discussions that followed his visit he offered me a solution to my problem of a dull looking matte finish. The end product makes me happy to be in my kitchen and loving my cabinets, which were installed after hurricane Sandy. Frank was easy to work with, met my budget requirements and did fabulous work, he knows his stuff!

Professional, high quality, efficient, economical refinishing and customer service! The owner Frank is well-experienced, knowledgeable, and accommodating.Thrilled with the final product! I considered purchasing a new dining room table and chairs and I’m so happy I decided to refinish my set instead. The original finish on my Ethan Allen neo classic dining set was a light beige wash. The new finish is a rich, medium-dark brown. Frank provided a huge selection of fabrics to choose from and I had the seats reupholstered as well. What a difference! It really looks stunning! Working with Frank was a pleasure! In this world where it is difficult to get contractors to even show up let alone be fair and reasonable.
