“This review is long overdue. We used Number 1 Auto Transport to transport 2 cars from NJ to FL about 18 mos ago, and they were excellent. We called a handful of companies, and most inspired zero confidence - they were either slick salespeople or downright shady. I never spoke to the same person twice. Number 1, on the other hand, really was #1! Brian was terrific - he was straightforward and always accessible, explaining everything clearly so there were no surprises. He addressed all of our concerns without any doubletalk and communication was excellent every step of the way. We really appreciated him/his team being able to accommodate us during a very busy season with very short notice. Managing an out-of-state move can be very stressful but Brian made sure our car transport was seamless!”

So it was a real relief when Steve and his team did such a good job on our most recent shipment from New York to Sydney. The experience was exemplary from start to finish - we got the quote promptly, it was competitive, Steve was super responsive throughout, the packaging was perfect - robust and well suited to the scale of the work, the price was competitive (the only lower price was for shipping in cardboard not full crating), and the painting arrived in perfect condition. “Went there to submit a passport application. I drove all the way from Brooklyn because the reviews said this was the best post office to go to for passports. And they were right. The ladies were quick and helpful. They took my passport photo and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. Basically the opposite of every Post Office experience I've ever had before.”
