SO HAPPY!! Got my amethyst jewel reformatted & a lovely chain!! The whole staff is a true genuine group of good people. Very talented at what they do! It was such a great experience I highly recommend this wonderful store :)

On a recommendation, I stopped in at Saatchi Jewelry today. Boy am I glad I did. I’ve been looking for a particular Rolex for quite some time and to my surprise there it was in the case. As a former manager of two different Tourneau stores, I know what I’m looking for and I know the right one when I see it. I got a great price on a great watch from a really nice owner. They’ve been there for 45 years in Island Park and have 10 generations of experience as jewelers. Experience and knowledge is key. I had a great experience and now have the watch I’ve been looking for. Stop in at 4545 Austin Blvd. in Island Park and you too can have a great experience buying something you’ve always wanted.

Brought my watch in for a simple battery replacement. I was happy because the price was low but you know the saying, you get what you pay for. THEY BROKE THE PIN HOLDING THE BAND! Then this clown tries to say, "how does he know I didn't bring it in like that?"
Because that's my side hustle...I go around to different jewelry stores with broken watches and claiming the store did it lol
I wasn't even mad because it's not a major problem but his initial response was so defensive with a nasty tone blaming me, which is the only reason I am posting this. He could have just apologized and easily fixed it. It was pretty bizarre.

Older women was very nasty. Came in with some jewelry to sell and got horrible service. Insulted by the comments that she made towards me. Should be more aware of how you treat the customers. Will never go back to that place ever again.

They scam younger people beware. Bought a chain here and found out it was only 6 grams and they charged me 800$ for the chain they overpriced and overcharged because I didn’t know much about chain and the gold market. Buyers beware

My wife bought a bracelet for me a birthday gift at Saatchi jewelers in island park NY 11558 Austin Blvd the bracelet fell apart right away the offered no kindness to my wife she wanted a different one no they have horable service go any please but there Ive been in island park 47 years shut them down rip off artist

This is the place to go. The only place. Gorgeous, unique merchandise. The owners operate with only the utmost class & concern. They are beyond eager to please. Sasha has gone above & beyond for me. His knowledge of the product is so impressive and informative. He has sold me beautiful pieces and fixed things in such a timely fashion and anything he returns to you is sparkling like new. They will only sell you a product if it is in mint condition & if anything were to happen to it they would do everything in their power to fix it promptly even during the busiest of seasons. Prices are fair & the whole experience is comfortable & seamless. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you Saatchis!!
