Poor communication about the work that suppose to be done. Leaving me unhappy with the results. Also $20 in a coin dispenser was stolen from my car while in their care. No restitution. Nina is in the office is quite efficient in doing her job. It’s the body work that didn’t meet my expectation.

I recently went to Puma to have some scratches buffed out of my car they were courteous, professional and they do great work
there are lots of body shops around but these guys stand out
honest reliable and trustworthy
they did some repairs on my old vehicle 8 years ago
and it was the same story back then

As for this being the first time my car has been in a shop I got taken advantage of. I brought my car to Nina on 4/9. I then noticed that my signature was forged on a paper that Geico submitted through their portal of the check going to the shop. I never authorized anyone to sign any paperwork for me. I asked multiple times what is going on with my car & Nina would never answer my text. I went to work everyday & the shop would close anytime I got off and never had time to be able to pass by which made it worse on my case. I got my estimate a week later & had told Nina that I wanted my car to stop being worked on & I wanted to go somewhere else & pay for what has been done already bc of lack of communication & understanding. I came the next day @8am & they refused for me to get my car back & said they put it in the painting booth already. Matt comes out & interferes with the civil conversation Nina & I were having & started a hostile environment of screaming telling me to get out the store , I am disgusting, & give him back his rental while using profanity. Saying that he is going to report the rental as stolen & how I am not getting my car back. It was a big discussion on the price of how much the car was going to be. I explained how I never signed an agreement on any estimate & they already started working on my vehicle and then withheld my vehicle saying I cant go to another shop. Also with me being cursed out in front of other people, at that multiple people yelling at me against one person with a concern about their own vehicle. I later brought in a male figure with me because I felt scared being alone in the store to resolve the situation with my car & just bringing someone with me who has more knowledge in a situation like this. The car was already almost done so it was just the matter of waiting for it. I then went to picked up my car and I asked a copy of all the files in the folder and they refused and only gave me the receipt and nothing else. I asked multiple times who signed my signature & I was being laughed at & mocked by Matt and Nina herself was saying she just didn’t know who did it. Signing someone signature is a crime. I dont know how many other papers have they signed under my name. This very concerning. Due to unprofessionalism and sneaky behavior I highly recommend not coming here but I can only express my experience at the Puma Body Shop.

They make everything so easy... they deal with ins Co for you
They do beautiful work
At noon I had an accident &was so upset
At 6pm I walked into Puma
At 7pm I was in my rental knowing all is gonna be fixed& it will be easy
