“Who enjoys going to the Doctor? Pretty much no one, but that’s probably because you haven’t been to this office. I needed a physical for a clinical rotation and my primary couldn’t get me in but I called and spoke with Sandy and she helped me more than I even realized I needed. She may be the nicest human being alive and I’ve never met her in person. Arrived today and was greeted by Cristal who checked me in told me what paperwork she would need all with a smile on her face like she actually enjoyed speaking with me. Next up was Daniela who I found out will be a treating medical professional in just a couple months, her future patients will be very lucky to have her with her personality and patient care, anywhere will be lucky to have her. Finally there is Amy and if I didn’t know any better I’d swear there is a competition between all these great women to see who can be nicer than the last. I was not sick but I’d bet had I been just speaking with this team I would have started getting better immediately. You can’t teach bedside manner but if you could Amy would be the Professor. People that write reviews typically complain about the smallest of issues but if anyone ever wrote a negative review of this crew I’d love to talk with them because I can’t picture them being capable of doing wrong. 10/10 send your family and friends!!! Tell them Fox sent ya!!! Oh and by the way this office is about 45’ from my home and I’m not even remotely upset about it.”

“Overall I've never had issues with this location. Most times I've gone I'm in and out within 15 minutes. The wait time really depends on the timing. A few times I've gone the wait can be longer if they have a lot of people needing to get blood drawn. The staff I've interacted with were all very nice. I'm glad they had updated to the new suite a few years ago since the waiting room is now a waiting room. If it does get crowded they suggest leaving your phone number on the sign in sheet and they will call when they are ready for you.”
“My experience with Mobile Health in Hempstead was nice! The staff was very friendly and professional. I didn't feel anything was off when it came to how they treated me. My appointment was for 10 AM and I waited about half an hour. However, I was there for a little under an hour overall, which was fine.”

“The phlebotomist was the nicest person! This will be the place that I will go to for my blood work from now on. No wonder it was so crowded! It's a small place with one phlebotomist. If you don't have an appointment, you can wait for awhile. If you have an appointment, there might be still a little wait but it's really understandable considering how crowded the place is.”
“I love the professionalism the ladies at the front desk have. I love that it wasn't a long wait. & they are very attentive. The Doctor was knowledgeable & helpful. She explained my issue where I could understand. I've been here several times. & never had a bad experience. I definitely would refer others here. “The ladies at the Brooklyn location are very nice, but I'm still waiting for my PCR test results more than 44 hours ago! They said within 24 to 36 hours, now going on 45 hours and counting...horrible. Also the "Support" email address doesn't work, it bounced back as "Spam" twice. I went to the Church Avenue location today 9/4/23, and the young lady was very helpful, she gave me my test results printed on the spot and sent them to my email so I could send to my boss, what a relief! If she wasn't there I don't know what I would've done!”
