To be honest I've never had to visit an Auto Body shop before. With that said I'm glad I went to Luxury Auto Body LLC. The work that was done was great!! A++. The two reps that I interacted with, Mr. Justin and Ms. Kenya were professional and informative. They even looked out for my five year old that was with me. I tell you l, you won't go wrong doing business with them. The owner, Mr. Alex, was God sent. I say that because of his personality and also because he was there when the accident occurred and took care of everything!
A big thank you to them! This review doesn't do justice to the work and experience but it's the least I can do. The most I can do is refer you (the reader) and anyone else I encounter on the Island that needs work done. I will forever speak highly of you gentlemen and ladies of the shop. God bless you all! God is good all the time and all the time God is good.

Maybe even better. I had both doors on the passenger side replaced. Front bumper and right headlight replaced as well. Have a wonderful rest of the year. You deserve it ??

What can I say about Luxury Auto Body but first class all the way. They took a bad situation and made it as painless as possible. From coordinating a rental and handling everything with the insurance company you are in good hands. And the work is top quality. You would never know my Jeep was in an accident. The whole staff is awesome.

I am very pleased with the work they did on my Sentra , they took care of a lot of stressful stuff and eased me through the process. I recently had my X5 entire front, Bumper grille, radiator support, headlights, fender and hood repaired at Luxury Auto Body after a no fault accident, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I reached out to Justin, he was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs.
The quality of the cosmetic repair on my bumper is outstanding. The paint matches perfectly, and there are no signs that any damage ever occurred. My car looks as good as new! I am floored, there are no words can express how happy I am with the service.
Additionally, Luxury Auto Body assistance with handling my Geico insurance claim was top-notch. Justin guided me through the entire process, making it seamless and stress-free. He communicated directly with Geico, ensuring everything was processed quickly and efficiently.

The team at luxury did a beautiful job on my car. They were all so professional and customer service was top notch . Alex is a stand up man. One of my customers was involved in an accident near island park and I was looking for a local shop for my customer. I knew Alex from when he worked for a contractor for Con ed and I over heard he opened a shop up in island Park so I decided to give him a try. He treated my customer like family and did a great job fixing their car and in a timely manner. I highly recommend his shop you won’t be disappointed!
