So today was my first time did know you needed a card got change $10 in quarter Smh. I went to the window rang the bell two times a lady came out. Before I can say anything Oh we don't take change. Oh ok instead she try to help she act like I bother her I rang the bell and woke her up. She have no customer service ? it very disappointed that she act like this. She is at work. People don't care to work no more she should have called out sick and let someone else work. She's getting as hell. This is why small business close.They deserve no star. Only because I have to post this

The costs for using the washing machine for $7.99 was not worth the price when it did not disperse water. Then, there was no attendant around to assist. The place is dirty despite the broom that they have leaning on the wall. I regret coming here .

Its incredibly disappointing that I have to write this review. I've been bringing my laundry here for about a year and a half now, but no longer will i use this company. Recently I dropped off 2 bags worth of clothes to be washed, after receiving them i noticed that the bags were lighter then usual. After noticing that some of my clothes were missing, I called and spoke a women letting her know that my clothes weren't in the bag, she notified me and told me that my clothes were mixed into another persons bag and that there was no way of getting them back.
I asked if there ways some way to be compensated for this issue, she told me to bring a receipt for the clothes to work out an amount. I gave here a receipt, and she argued with me on the price, i explained that is what i lost. After seeing this she said that she cant honor the full amount of the receipt saying that they are "used clothes" and not "new ones".
We agreed on a price, and i figured that it was settled. The amount i was credited was to be applied to the next round of clothes i would bring in. I dropped off my bags last night and picked them up this morning, when i said that ill used the credit to pay for this round of laundry, she told me that she was no longer going to honor the price and that i would have to pay for this load. I paid, took my bags of clothes and left.
Sad to say that i will not be returning to this place, and will no longer be giving them my business. You figured after a year and a half of using their services, there would be better customer service...

Great clean friendly low cost great final results on both dryers and washers. All size machines to choose. They have plenty of parking and sell anything you need. All goes on a card. No change

My washing machine broke, so until I can get a repair person, I've been running my laundry over here to wash, I used the dryer once, it took forever to dry clothes , the dryers don't get hot enough, so I take my wet clothes home to dry. The place has improved since my last visit during Covid, when I had to wait for a washing machine to be delivered. The Place is very clean.

Staff& management takes no accountability for their errors. I wouldn’t advise anyone to drop their clothing off here to be done. My clothing was mixed in with another customers bag twice two weeks In a row. I called the person working they hung up on me twice. I eventually got in contact with the manger who claimed that she had never seen that item and that It was my fault and I misplaced it. She gave me a discounted price for my clothing the following week. which also was misplaced I reached out to the manager again no response. The staff had the other customer who received my clothing mixed with his contact me instead directly. I Never heard back from management or staff speaking on the issue. I understand mistakes happen but to treat a paying customer that way on multiple occasions as if it’s their fault for a service the customer is paying for and the place of
Business provides is alittle bothersome and creates a inconvenience when you have to find out how
Much of your clothing is missing and whose clothing you have. I had been going here every week for the last six months I will not be a returning customers luckily my clothing the second time this issue happened was returned to me by the other customer who received a mixed bag.

Been coming here for years but management needs to learn what customer service is this is not the first time it happened at this place but don’t put your money in the change machine because it will eat it and management will refuse to give it back last time it happened i brought it up to management (Patricia) with pictures she was extremely rude about the situation didn’t give me my money back also stating the machine dosent work but dosent have anything saying it’s out of service!!

They stole my cart where I carried my clothes and I had to take a taxi, if the owner can help me see the cameras to see who took it. Incredible that one arrives with washing clothes and this happens. If the owner sees this comment please see the ? please. I arrived between 7pm and left 9:30. The cart was big black, if you see who took it please let me know. What else can I say, it's the last time I'm going to wash there, I asked the people who serve it and they didn't want to help me, it's a bad image I have from there.

Absolutely ridiculous that they have installed a new system that no longer accepts coins for both washers and dryers. Now I have to pay an extra dollar for a card and pay the higher prices for drying. This is absolutely disappointing and will be going to another laundromat.

Ever since this laundromat changed ownership it has gone downhill. The minute you walk in there’s trash all over the floor, the garbage full to the max, no one ever around to help you.
