I was referred to K&K by a trusted and knowledgeable friend. I bought a Yamaha 300. K&K had the best price. They had it in stock. Their store is clean and orderly. Dave, Jeff, and Ken know about Yamahas, they know boats, they know what they’re doing and they do it well. Dave handled the transaction. He is patient. He is knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, sometimes more than once. He reiterated several times, “Call us with any questions.” He means it. At no time did I feel hustled or managed.
They only sell Yamahas. They are able to take advantage of various programs and incentives which benefit me. Their price was substantially lower than the quote from a different dealer. They were able to offer me a 2 year extension on the standard 3 year warranty at a very favorable price. I now have a 5 year factory warranty.
I am confident all of the information and advice I received is accurate.
The installation took about 1 week. That included putting it in the water to try different props to find the best one, which they did.
An entirely positive experience. I can sincerely and happily recommend calling upon K&K when purchasing a new Yamaha engine.

I bought a prop from them and discovered that they sold me a poorly reconditioned prop that cracked two years later on two blades. The owner was combative and dismissive. Buyer beware!

K&K Marina make boating so enjoyable as the owners Ken and Jeff (brothers who are also the mechanics) along with Dan , are responsive, honest and knowledgeable about every aspect of the boating world.

I've been going to Dan and Jeff of K and K Outboard for around 5 years and these guys are the best go-to shop for Yamaha outboard parts and advice. Always friendly and patient. The price of Yamaha parts is competitive compared to online shop stores.

Got Yamaha F70 70 HP Outboard 1 year ago. Great price for the engine, they are the largest Yamaha dealer here on Long island. But I'm more impressed by their customer service; every time I call with questions they are very responsive and know their stuff. Definitely recommend.
