I Really don’t know where to begin.They picked up my things on 3/4/22. I was told that it would be delivered on 3/7/22, but there was a delay. Then I was told it would be delivered on Wed or Thur, the 9th or 10 th of March. Didn’t show up, called the office, and now I being told it would be the following week, that I was mistaken about the date. Keep in mind my wife and I are here in Florida, with just a few days worth of clothes and no furniture. The truck finally shows up on the 17th of March with just a driver. They hired some local guy to help, and he was in no condition to unload a truck. Needless to say, the truck was unloaded, and I think to myself that the nightmare is finally over. After a 1/2 a day of unpacking, my wife realized that our 5 gallon water jug, that was filled with coins, was practically emptied.So, after Gigi movers gave me a quote, picked up my belongings. And then told me it would be an additional $700. They dropped off my things, and I found that I had been robbed.

Had a great experience with Walter and Gigi movers from start to finish. They were on time and on budget. Had a three room move from East Rockaway to Commack and they were done in three hours and the price I was quoted six weeks earlier was the price I paid, no gas adjustments or changes. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The WORST car shipping experience I have EVER had. They damaged my car, SMOKED in it, then accused me of lying about it and refused to remedy it. I asked them to please make it right and they Iaughed about it and said "go ahead and just leave a bad review". Completely unethical company that doesn't care about your car or you as a human being. If you want a damaged car that reeks like cigarettes so strong it makes you gag, and this company calling you a liar, refusing to do anything about it, and literally taunting you, then use this company and that's exactly what you'll get. Not to mention my car arrived so disgustingly filthy it was barely recognizable. It was in shockingly horrible, atrocious condition. They were brokered to me through Amerifreight by the way, so I will never use that company again. And whenever I ship my car again I will always and forever ask the broker to make sure they blacklist Gigi Line from my car and my business.

I used Gigi movers many years ago and thought they were great. Well this time I used them and they were beyond horrible. 90% of my furniture was damaged. They wrapped the furniture in paper not blankets. When I contacted the owner he apologized and sent me $500. Stating that is the max refund. It's in the contract. The delivery men were very low class and one of them was very nasty to the other man. I allowed them to use my bathroom and they left urine on the floor I am left with a solid teak dining room table damaged beyond repair

LOVE GIGI MOVERS. Service from the office as well as the guys on the truck were amazing. They moved quickly, carefully, and wore masks at my request. Price was great too. Highly highly recommend!

Used these guys several times (which I regret but the last time was terrible. They ruined several pieces of furniture by taping with brown tape directly onto the painted wood. The crates my glass top and when I took the crate off there was a chip on the edge. Several other pieces had broken chips in the furniture. Poor work all around. See photos

GREAT experience using Gigi's earlier this month - from the estimate Walter gave, to the final cost everything was in line with expectations. Jimmy & team showed up on time, and were extremely professional. They were quick, efficient, and handled items with care. This was all during an 85+ degree day, and they seemed unfazed. Huge thanks to them, would definitely use them again/recommend to others!

The most wonderful experience on a very tough day. They were professional, hard working and so efficient. It was a very tough day for me because I was leaving my home after 36 years after losing my husband. They were so compassionate too and understood how difficult this was for me. I highly recommend them. On time and everything went great!

Great company Staff and owner just really down to earth and nice people. My 3 day move was not easy, helped throw garbage out and additionally held my stuff overnight in a truck. Thank you Tony. All great guys and Kevin a stand out.
