I've been here twice with 2 different cars and both times they came out looking like they just came off of the showroom floor. The level of craftsmanship is unparalleled. They handled everything from dealing with the insurance companies to getting and returning a rental. I am about 40 mins away from this shop, and there are probably 100 body shops between us, but I will never go elsewhere. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.Service: Body & Trim

I have been meaning to write this review for a while.Over the summer someone hit my car in the parking lot of a McDonald's . I was very upset since I was in the process of buying another car and trading this one in so I take my volkswagen to artie to get an estimate, I explained to Ed my situation that I am in the process of trading in my car and i didnt want to lose any value on the trade in, he tells me not to worry about it and to bring it back next day in the morning.Next day I dropped it off early in the morning and in the afternoon I get a phone call that my car is ready. Ed walked me through all the work they did like touching up the paint and black trim, cleaned off the red paint from the car that hit me and washed my car. When I asked Ed how much do owe he said nothing not to worry about it! Ed you now have a customer for life! Thank you so much for the kindness. I hope to never have to use a bodyshop, but if I do I am going to Arties.Service: Body & Trim

This is the place to go to get body work done. If you call them they can get a tow truck there right away, get you in a rental right away and get your car fixed as good as new. I recommend them to everyone. If you are turning in a lease and need work done they do a great job. Highly recommended.

I was not happy, I walked in there with my mask on and the owner and receptionist didn't have there's on, then I asked if they can do a photo inspection on my car and they said they couldn't do to covid, there was no eye contact, and what I don't understand is all they have to do is take a couple of pictures of my car that was just at the car wash. If they were so concerned, they should of had their mask on as it says on the door before entering👎
